1. TAHINI – Good 2nd at Deauville in August on the PSF. He can put a below-par run behind him
last time and get back on track
2. PRINCE SHALAA – Decent 2nd two runs ago over 1200m at Pompadour when 2nd in August.
Among the leading chances
3. AZIMA – Has a nice draw and ran well when 2nd at Machecoul 10 days ago over 1650m. In the
mix
4. ZITTITUTTI – 5th two runs back over 1200m at Chantilly is the best of his form of late. Others
rate higher
5. MARQUISE VERA – 5th last time over 1600m in a Class 2 race at Pornichet. Can feature on her
first try in a handicap
6. AMOUAGE – Has very poor form over various trips. Seems to have limited talent and is best
avoided
7. HAUTE GAMME – Three runs so far all out of the frame. Tries a handicap for the first time but
looks very limited ability wise
8. IHOA – Has eased in the handicap. She is capable of a bold show from a nice draw in stall 5
9. GOGOGADGET – 4th two runs ago over 1200m in a claimer in mid-October. Has work to do to
make the frame
10. ESHBELIA – Fair 3rd last time over 1650m 10 days ago in the same race that AZIMA (3) was
2nd in. Consider
11. BARONCINA – 4th last time in a claimer over 1650m in October. Might find a few of these too
smart
12. CHAPUZA – Has moderate form over a number of different trips. Is hard to recommend and is
best watched
13. AMOUREUSE – Has several unplaced efforts to her name, the latest outing was over 1100m
in late October. Looks of limited ability

Summary : TAHINI (1) has already shown a liking for the PSF, he was a good second on it at
Deauville in August over 1300m. He can defy top weight in this open race. IHOA (8) has solid
claims as she has eased in the handicap and has a nice draw in stall 5. PRINCE SHALAA (2) can
not be dismissed and ought to be thereabouts at the finish. AZIMA (3) also needs to be considered
after a recent second-placed effort at Machecoul 10 days ago.

SELECTIONS
TAHINI (1) – IHOA (8) – PRINCE SHALAA (2) – AZIMA (3)

appeal
5. ASCOT WAY – Has been unplaced on numerous occasions, both on the flat and over hurdles.
Looks of very limited ability

15 days ago. Merits consideration
9. MISTER GOKEN – 2nd at Saint-Cloud behind KOZACHKA (6) when they met last month. He
can be on the premises again

Needs a few to falter
11. BELLE – Has been 3rd on her last three runs, the latter over 2200m in late October at
Parislongchamp. Player
12. PAS DE VELOURS – 5th last time over 2200m in late October at Cavaillon in a Class 3 race.
Has work to do

Summary : KOZACHKA (6) was quite impressive when she won at Saint-Cloud over 2400m. The
extra 300m today should pose no issues. She is taken to score from MISTER GOKEN (9) who was
back in second in the Saint-Cloud race and can get closer to her today. BELLE (11) looks to be
one for the each-way backers to look at. She has been placed third on her last three runs and looks
honest. MEHGAWAY (8) could fare best of the remainder.

SELECTIONS
KOZACHKA (6) – MISTER GOKEN (9) – BELLE (11) – MEHGAWAY (8)

likely

Summary : SIMPLY STRIKING (1) likes this track and trip having won here in March. He has been

has been performing well recently. He was a good fourth in a Class 1 race last time out and has
run well at this track before. He can feature. NESR SHALGHODA (5) is one to consider from an
each-way angle as he could be an attractive price in the betting market. OPALUS ROAD (7) makes
up the shortlist.

16. NEW LIGHT – Non Partant

Summary : COSMO BEAU (10) has a nice draw in stall 8 and with Maxime Guyon on top, he can
edge this competitive handicap. The Top weight BIG LOG (1) could be the main threat. He has to
overcome a wide draw but won last time with COSMO BEAU (10) back in third place on October
31st over 1600m at this track. GIRAFFE (9) has been in terrific form all year and can once again
be involved at the business end of the race. MADIGAN (7) can fare best of the remainder.

and ought to be involved

runs back. Soumillon will have to be at his best to win on this one, although it’s not out of the
question

late October when seen last. Player
8. GOLDENA – 2nd two runs ago over 1600m at Saint-Cloud in a handicap. Outside place chance

(7) is well drawn and looks as though the slight step up in trip today will be appreciated. BEST OF
LIGHT (2) has the best draw and if she can get a nice start from the stalls she can play a lead role.

SELECTIONS

get the hat-trick of wins

good 4th last time in October over 2400m on the PSF. Key chance
13. DOURO VALLEY – Won last time over 2900m at Amiens in October. Well drawn and ought to
be on the premises

Summary : BELLBIRD (8) has shown enough to get the vote despite a wide draw in stall 11. She
can score from another that has a nice racing weight in DSCHINGIS GRACE (5) who has the best
draw and has plenty of experience. She has placed form at this track last November on the PSF.
EL CHACO (2) won on the PSF surface last time and can have a say in the proceedings. LALOU
(6) is another worth looking at from a place perspective.

SELECTIONS

R7 – PRIX DU PLAN D’EAU DU CANADA – 1600m (a1m) – ALL WEATHER – Divised Handicap – Flat – EUR € 20.000

1. CITY OF HOPE – Can run a big race off top weight. He was a good 2nd three runs ago at Nancy

lack fitness and ought to play a lead role
5. CRACK CITY – 4th three runs ago over 1600m in October. Has not won in 21 runs. Best watched
6. OPERA – Can make the top four, she tends to blow hot and cold. If in the right frame of mind

behind on the last run in early November. Can be overlooked
8. PITRIZZA – Won by 3.5L over 1700m at Pornichet in early October when last seen. Sets the
standard

and is best watched

race in April. Vulnerable
12. GRACEHILL – Looks the each-way angle after a couple of good efforts of late, one of those
was on the PSF at Lyon La Soie. Respect

Summary : PITRIZZA (8) seemed to like the PSF when successful at Pornichet in early October,
so she should be happy in underfoot conditions. She can win again. The main rival to the selection
is MON SIOUX (9) who has yet to win but is clearly talented and can be in the mix in this. MON
SIOUX (9) is seeking that first win and can not be overlooked. CITY OF HOPE (1) can get involved
at the business end despite having top weight to carry. WHATEVER IT COSTS (4) is worth a
mention.
