Seoul Race 1: Class 6 (1000M) Special Weight A / KRW 45 Million

Juvenile maiden fillies in the opener. (5) WILD CAVIAR won her trial and then ran 3^rd on debut over this distance on October 4^th, settling handy and running on. Kozzi gets on this time and she has every chance. (7) SILVER WAVE led her debut on September 19^th, ultimately finishing 2^nd, beaten a length and a quarter. She should be on pace again and will probably start as the favourite. (4) HAENGUN STAR has raced twice, running 4^th on debut in August over this trip and then 2^nd, five-lengths behind the winner, over 1200M at start two on October 5^th. Third-up she can have a fitness edge here, and she can be in the finish. Solitary debut-maker (6) DANAEUN QUEEN was fast when 2^nd in her trial. It was back in July so match-fitness must be taken on trust but on that evidence, she has a chance first-up. (8) RAON THE SKY, 4^th behind Wild Caviar on debut, is another in the frame.

Seoul Race 2: Class 6 (1400M) Special Weight A / KRW 30 Million

(3) BLITZ CARA was 4^th of nine in Listed juvenile company two starts back and then ran 2^nd when favourite over 1300M on October 10^th, beaten twelve-lengths by Eco Bolt. He has a fine finish on him so the slight step up in trip can be in his favour and assuming there are no bolts from the blue this time, he is the one to beat. (4) WONDERFUL CATHY is yet to finish in the top two after sixteen attempts, but she comes in off her joint best to fate finish in 3^rd over this distance on October 10^th. Both her 3^rd places have come over this distance and with Luis staying on she can match or even better it here. (8) BLUE HORIZON was a much-improved 2^nd last time out on October 18^th. It was a slow race, but she is a placing chance again. (2) CHEONMAUI HANSEONG and (1) GOLDEN WARRIOR are others to consider.

Seoul Race 3: Class 6 (1700M) Special Weight A / KRW 30 Million

(9) MYEONG POWERFUL has made progress across three starts so far, culminating in 2^nd place over 1400M on October 3^rd when coming form off the pace and beating a couple of today’s rivals. His running style suggests the two-turns should suit, and he can go one better today. (10) SINCHEON HEART has taken well to this distance finishing between 2^nd and 4^th on all four tries at it to date. She likes to be on pace so she is drawn a touch wider than ideal, but she should be there or thereabouts again. (2) GEUMSEONG BULPAE was 4^th behind Myeong Powerful on October 3^rd. He already has a 3^rd place to his name over this distance and can be in the finish again. (6) JISAN FOREVER and (4) BROWN SUGAR other place chances.

Seoul Race 4: Class 6 (1400M) Special Weight A / KRW 30 Million

(9) SENNA K has finished 3^rd in both her starts so far, at 1000M and 1200M, the latter on October 5^th when close to the pace throughout. She comes up in trip again and in this company, she should be making her breakthrough. (5) UNICORN PRINCE trialed a couple of times as two-year-old but never made it to the track. He finally debuted over 1200M on October 24^th, settling midfield and running for 4^th, finishing off pleasingly. He should have derived benefit from that run and can get closer today at a furlong further. (6) INTO THE GALAXY was an improved 3^rd at start three over 1200M on October 3^rd. He too has been doing his best work late and appreciate the trip increase. (3) ROAD TO SPEAR and (4) WONDERFUL TUNE UP are others who can compete for the minors.

Seoul Race 5: Class 5 (1400M) Handicap / KRW 45 Million

(5) ENERGY POWER got her maiden win two starts back at this distance and enters having run 2^nd on her second try at this class on September 19^th when coming right from the back of the field and missing out by two-lengths. This isn’t a strong race, and she can return to winning ways. (7) HANGANG FANTASTIC beat Energy Power as the pair ran 5^th and 6^th back in July. The former has been knocking on the door of the places over four subsequent stats and can be in the mix here. (3) P N S NALA and (2) TEN BAGGER come in having finished 2^nd and 3^rd respectively when they raced one another at this class and distance on October 11^th. There was just a nose between them, and both should be challenging again here. (4) POWERFUL KNIGHT is the other main contender.

Seoul Race 6: Class 5 (1200M) Handicap / KRW 45 Million

Fillies and mares only here. (4) SAMJEONG YEOJE got her maiden win at start five over 1300M in August and has since run 6^th and 4^th in two tries at this class. She drops back in trip today, she should be on pace, and she has as good a chance as any. (6) CRAZY CHAMP had a bit of a wobble in last summer but looks to be back in form with 2^nd places in both her latest two overt 1200M. She has led both times and in this company should lead again with every chance of being in this a very long way. (8) ONNURI BIT overcame the widest gate to lead in a similar race to this on October 10^th, ultimately finishing 4^th. In this smaller field she should get an easier run forward and is a place chance. The form falls off after those three with (5) BULGUKSIDAE and (3) STORM CHASER, perhaps the best of the rest.

Seoul Race 7: Class 4 (1600M) Handicap / KRW 60 Million

(8) UNICA returned from over five months out to run 3^rd over 1400M at this class on October 11^th. She has never finished outside of the top four, she should strip fitter for that run, and on her first try at a mile, she can return to the winner’s circle. (7) WONPYEONG GANGJA is ultra-consistent having made the top four in each of his last six and winning his most recent two, both over 1400M. He carries his fair share of weight, and he is up to the mile for the first time, but he can continue his good run of form today. (3) SEMYEONG DIA was a surprise class and distance winner two starts back when she led from the start. She could only manage 5^th on her return on October 5^th but she had gate eleven, and much better drawn today, she can be given a chance. (1) NUNKKOT and (2) MYUNGJINBULLPAI others in the frame.

Seoul Race 8: Class 4 (1700M) Handicap / KRW 60 Million

(8) BLACK MAMA led from gate to wire to win to register her second win over this distance on October 5^th. She comes up in class here but continues under a light weight, Maia knows her well, and she can back straight up here. (9) MANGEUM CROWN was an eye-catching eleven-length winner over 1300M on October 11^th, leading all the way. That was his maiden win at start niner but while he is up in class, he already has a placing to his name over 1700M, and he can repeat. (6) KHAN MAX is rarely far away and enters off a 3^rd and a 4^th from his latest two over 1700M and 1800M and he should be there or thereabouts again. (7) CHANG CHANG SOCKS and (3) SAINT RUNNER are other place chances.

Seoul Race 9: Class 3 (1800M) Handicap / KRW 75 Million

(8) GRACE ROUTE has been working her way back into form with a 5^th, a 4^th and a 3^rd place from her latest three at a mile and 1300M. Given her recent racing style, she may well be ready for a first crack at 1800M and under a very light weight, she is not to be dismissed at a probable each-way price. (4) MY MUNNINGS was a winner over 1700M at class 4 two starts back before finishing 6^th at this class and distance on October 3^rd. He is a bit of a form mixer, but he comes down 1.5kg in weight and Jang Chu-youl, who has ridden him to both his victories so far, returns to the ride. (3) SUPER BLUEMOON had a hard time from the widest draw last time out but two starts back was third when running out of class at class 2 level over 2000M and has to be considered to bounce back here. Up in class veteran (1) POWER ETCHED, along with (2) ULTRA DRAGON, are others to take into consideration.

Seoul Race 10: Class 2 (1400M) Handicap / KRW 90 Million

(3) SLING STAR was an also-ran in the Listed Ilgan Sports last time out but prior to that was going very well with a run of five consecutive wins broken only by 3^rd place in a very competitive trophy race on international weekend in September. He is one for one at 1400M, he carries a light weight, draws well and has every chance. He beat (2) GAMSAUI HIM when they met at 1800M in July but Gamsaui Him has improved since. He won back-to-back races over 1400M and a mile in August and September and while he again had a hard time over 1800M last time out, he comes back in trip and has a real chance of returning to winning ways. (1) SPARK THUNDER was 3^rd on her first try at this class over 1200M on October 3^rd beating a couple of today’s rivals and she can be dangerous here. (11) TAP TIER and (7) DOKKI DRAGON others in the frame.
