Race Summary: Another weak race and anything is possible. STONE OF SCONE is probably at best on the turf and could break the ice. STORM BALLET is clearly better than the local debut would suggest and could be a threat. LOVE YOU LOTS and TWICE A QUEEN could show vast improvement trying the turf. UNCUT GEM makes a local debut so keep an eye on the betting with her. AMONG THE WILLOWS and TP THUNDERCHILD have been consistent and could be in with a winning turn. TIPSY is also capable of scoring.

Race Summary: KING VISERYS won well last time out and has no problems with this distance so could follow up. It is a competitive looking race. SUPREME JUDGE has been unreliable of late but could be a threat for the in-form Dean Smith yard. SHOW OFF can be a lively danger back on the grass. DISRUPTIVE liked it back on the grass last time out and is clearly not out of it. GARDEN SUN is better than his last run would suggest and could surprise. ALADO’S PRIDE and PARDON ME are often competitive and cannot be left out of large Pick 6 permutations.

QONDANEKUKHANYENI has some fair form and should run well from a good draw. SABOTEUR has shown improvement of late but will need to prove she is as good on the grass. TOKYO PRINCESS is not well drawn but has a place chance. CHRONICLESOFNANIA is well drawn and is course and distance suited so should be a danger. GOLDEN MOMENT makes a local debut and could score.

Race Summary: HOSPICES DE BEAUNE was only caught very late last time out. Ridden with a bit more patience this time he could win over a course and distance that clearly suits. CHARLIE MALONE has not run on the grass for some time now but did attract betting support last time out and could surprise. PEDRO and REAL WAR will like it back on the turf and must be respected. DEAD POETS SOCIETY got out of the maidens last time out and are tackling stronger but might earn some money. CHEERFUL CHARLIE B and SILENT TRIGGER are both capable of scoring when in the right mood and must be respected as well.

Race Summary: STOKESY has been very good on the Polytrack of late. He has also won on the grass and gets the vote to score. JOHNNY DRAMA is often competitive and could like this course and distance. SUSURRANDO remains in good form and must be included in all bets. BLAME IT ON ME is in good shape and can be a threat yet again. RIP WHEELER still has scope for improvement. RUSH GREEN was impressive last time out but is trying the grass for the first time.

Race Summary: The second leg of the Polytrack Challenge and the winner of the first leg Cruise Control is absent. MERCANTOUR completed all three legs last season but was no match for that rival last time out. He can go one place better. It should be noted, though that rival trainer Dean Smith, who trains Cruise Control, sends out talented ALL SYSTEMS GO who is unbeaten in two starts on the surface and is clearly a danger. GUY GIBSON and MR FOX have a few lengths to find on MERCANTOUR but can get involved with the finish. BLACK EGRET also has a place chance.

Race Summary: KWAGGA BLITZ looked unlucky not to win on local debut. He was nailed on the line over this course and distance. He does have to give weight to all his rivals but can score. RHYTHM is consistent and clearly capable of being a threat yet again. OLAF THE STOUT returned after a gelding operation and is talented so must be respected. TRAVEL MASTER has been good on the Polytrack of late but might battle against these. CRIMSON CLOVER did not like the Polytrack last time out and was full of running on the grass before that. AWAY WITH RED and DIAMOND MAKER are also capable of getting involved with the finish.

MAJOR LEAGUE improved nicely second time out. The step up in trip will suit and he will be a threat. GOOD OMEN is struggling to shed his maiden but never far back. He could finally crack it with a claiming apprentice up. THE JUDGE was run off his feet last run but has done well in two local starts and has a money chance.

She got a five-point raise in the handicap for her last win but Adam Azzie has declared promising 4kg claimer Elrico Sesingi. SHOWGRIL has had two runs back from a lengthy break. She is lightly raced and definitely one to include in all exotics.

Race Summary: VIKING LEADER surprised in the Gr3 Gatecrasher Stakes beating subsequent Gr1 runner-up and Hong Kong-bound Kazenoyoni. He has not been out since June and could be caught short after the break but he could have too much class and a repeat of his last run will see him home. KLEIN KAROO has hardly put a foot wrong since arriving in KZN. Both recent wins have been over this distance but both on the poly. He was a close-up second to the promising Coast Of The Sun on the turf and he should be competitive. NORDIC CHIEF is over his best course and distance and seldom runs a bad race. Should the top two fail, he will be right there. CLAW has been improving steadily and was narrowly beaten last run on this course. He gets the benefit of a 4kg claimer.

He has the best of the draw and should feature. MPHAKA is in mustard form and has won over course and distance recently. He is slowly creeping up the handicap but should be competitive.

She has had a short rest and her recent form has been over further but she has won over the distance and should be competitive. KUBU is lightly raced and has had a short break. She was close-up behind Rahhabba when last they met and there should not be much between them again. MISS TWINKLE is lightly raced but the stable is always cautious but is in good form and Miss Twinkle can follow up. SWIATEK is never far back. He may just have needed his first local start and a win will not be unexpected.

RED MOUNTAIN showed signs of coming to hand last start. Not the easiest to follow but will go close on his day which does look eminent. There will be a pace on as GARDENER’S PRIDE is a solid front-runner and if allowed to get away he will be dangerous.

Race Summary: TUNGUSKA has the widest draw but that should not count for much over this trip. Ricky Maingard’s gelding has come good of late and can follow up. DAY TWO has been in good form of late. His last run was on the poly but prior to that he was close-up over course and distance to Tunguska. Given the apprentice claim on Tunguska there is only 0.5kg’s in it. NO PRESSURE has won his last two but both were on the poly and he has a three-point raise in the handicap to content with. MIKE’S MAZARIN needed his last run and now steps up to a more suitable trip. One to watch in the market.
