Ile Aux Roses (FR) Was well beaten when third in a Claimer over 2000m at Marseille Vivaux on 16 February. Her best runs have been on this surface, and she has form over the distance. Bedaio (FR) A promising third in a Claimer over this course and distance on 3 February. Proven over both track and trip, and he must be a threat. Rockonado (FR) A well-beaten tenth in a Maiden over this course and distance on 26 December. His jockey received a 2-meeting suspension for not holding her line and this gelding should do better with stronger handling.

Monaghan Boy For Life (FR) Did well to finish third in a Condition over 2500m at Agen on 24 November. Won his penultimate race and has found a good vein of form. Looks the runner to beat. Mozard De La Brunie (FR) Finished third in a Condition over 2500m at Agen on 9 November. Beaten 3.25 lengths by MONAGHAN BOY FOR LIFE (1) in that race and is 2.5kg better off. Should go a lot closer this time. Fantastique (FR) Ran third in an international race over 2300m at Tarbes on 19 October. She ended the year in top form, and her good run can continue. Mylia De Paulhac (FR) Unraced 4YO filly by Paban De France out of Fairly Ransom mare Lili Bersac, trained by Antoine Watrigant. Half-sister to 14-time winner from 19 starts Califfe De Paulhac.

Mexican Dream (FR) Finished fourth in a Handicap over 2400m at Pornichet on 27 January. Won over this course and distance in a similar event three runs back and should be highly competitive. Remix (FR) A close fourth in a Claimer over this course and distance on 9 January. Finished behind MEXICAN DREAM (3) on that occasion and is now 2.5kg better off. Zingarelle (FR) A disappointing fifteen in a Handicap over 2000m at this course on 16 December. Has won a Handicap over this track and trip and dropping to a Claimer this time should be right there. Elviria (FR) A moderate eleventh in a Handicap over this course and distance on 26 December. She is better than that last run and now dropping in class is expected to be a factor.

Lovatree Paris (FR) Ran well to finish fourth in a Handicap over 1600m at Bordeuax Le Bouscat on 4 November. In good form but this will be her first run on the surface and that will be the key. Kodvedev (FR) Improved when fourth in a Maiden over this course and distance on 6 February. That was his first run after having been gelded and he could progress even further. Whaka (FR) A promising third in a Maiden over this course and distance on 6 February. Showed a return to form and she will need to repeat that effort. Black Bill (FR) Unraced 3YO gelding by Motamarris out of Singspiel mare Elsa D’Orient, trained by Philippe Sogorb. Half-brother to 4-time winner Kirby from the same stable.

Mr Fleurant (IRE) Has some fair form and finished fourth in a Class 3 Condition at Machecoul over 1600m on 10 February. Has claims dropping to a claimer now. Khelonyx (FR) Did not show his best when fourteen in a Class 3 Handicap over this course and distance on 28 January. Had done good form before that and should contest the finish. Myboyfriend (FR) Finished eleventh in a Class 3 Handicap over this course and distance on 28 January. In good form before that and is not out of it. Mikey (FR) Only modest of late and finished sixth in a Claimer at Marseille-Vivaux over 1500m on 8 December. Capable of making the frame.
RACE 6: ASTROMONTE MAIDEN STAKES (FIBRESAND TRACK) – 2400M – TIME: 21:47 PRIZE MONEY: EUR11900
Noards (FR) Not disgraced when fifth in a Condition at this track over 2000m on 7 January. Should fight out the finish over this distance. Yogui (FR) Consistent and finished third in a Condition at Cagnes-sur-Mer over 2200m on 19 January. Can be a threat once again. Skywood (FR) Finished fourth on debut in a Condition at this track over 2000m on 7 January. Should be competitive with improvement likely. Temiri Consistent and finished third in a Class 4 Handicap at Pornichet-La Baule over this distance on 5 January. Clearly is not out of it.
RACE 7: LA DOUZE HANDICAP (FIBRESAND TRACK) – 2000M – TIME: 22:22 PRIZE MONEY: EUR14400
Qudillero (FR) In good shape and finished fifth in a Class 4 Handicap over this track and trip on 8 February. Capable of winning at this level. Ma Cherie Amour (FR) Consistent and finished fourth in a Class 4 Handicap over this course and distance on 9 January. Should be right there at the finish once again. Zokoa (FR) Showed improvement when runner-up in a Class 4 over this track and trip on 8 February. Can go one place better this time. Bojangles (FR) Has improved of late and finished third in a Class 4 Handicap over this course and distance on 8 February. Can be competitive once again.

Kolplet (FR) Victorious in a Class 3 Handicap at this track over 2000m on 8 February. Not reliable but is capable of following up. Golden State (FR) Not reliable and finished sixth in a Class 4 Handicap at this track over 2000m on 8 February. Capable of making the frame.
