Equuleus (FR) A three-year-old colt by by Zelzal out of Ishraaqat who is making his debut. His Dam was unraced. Can contest the finish. Haya Sam (FR) A three-year-old filly by Zarak out of Haya of Fortune who is making her debut. Her mother won 4 of her 41 starts. Can be competitive.

RACE 2: CERCLE UNION HANDICAP (FIBRESAND TRACK) (FROM PAU RACE 5) – 1600M – TIME: 20:40 PRIZE MONEY: EUR19200

Ocra (FR) Victorious last time out in a Conditions race over this course and distance on 4 December. Can follow up on handicap debut. General Chop (FR) May have needed the last run when 6th in a claimer at this track over 1400m on 2 January. Can contest the finish. Woodwooded (FR) Yet to win a race but has been holding form in claimers and was third at this track over 1400m on 2 January. Should contest the finish. Lady’armor (FR) Only modest of late and finished 5th in a claimer at this course over 2000m on 2 January. Better this distance and can make the frame.

RACE 3: BELLABRE STAKES (CLASS 3) (FIBRESAND TRACK) (FROM PAU RACE 7) – 1600M – TIME: 21:50 PRIZE MONEY: EUR16500

Wally (IRE) Very consistent and was third in a Conditions race at Marseille-Vivaux over 2000m on 21 June. Returns from a break but can win if fit enough. Aidan’s Phone (FR) In good shape and was runner-up in a Conditions race at Bordeaux-Le Bouscat over 1600m on 21 November. Be right there at the finish. Sir Tommy Cen (IRE) Returned to form and finished third in a Conditions race at Chantilly over this distance on 19 December. Can be competitive once again. Toimy Son (FR) A winner of a handicap at this track over 1600m on 2 June. Tougher task this time but is clearly not out of it.
