Filicudi (IRE) Has only been modest so far and finished seventh in a Condition at Chantilly over 1600m on 6 December. Capable of improvement and can be competitive this time.

Atalaya (FR) Ran well on debut when fourth in a Condition over this track and trip on 2 December. Can contest the finish once again. Auspicious (FR) Threatening to win and was runner-up in a Condition over this course and distance on 25 November. Should be competitive yet again.

Pontos (FR) Returned to form and was runner-up in a Condition at Clairefontaine over 1600m on 21 October. Can go one better. Alavesa (IRE) Consistent and finished fourth in a Condition at Amiens over 1600m on 10 November. Should be involved with the finish once again. Mahasen (FR) In good shape and finished fourth in a Condition at Limoges over 1400m on 19 November. Capable of making the frame. Gala (FR) A 3YO filly by Sottsass out of Qatari Perfection who is making her debut. Her mother won one of her six races over 1600m. Can be a threat.
