Tender Thoughts (FR) A strong 3rd in Handicap over 1800m at Deauville on 2 December. This is her first run at the track but she is in good form and likes the surface. Shark Samurai (IRE) Ran 4th in a Qualifying Handicap over 1800m at Deauville on 25 November. Well rated, likes the surface and finished well in his last race. Jarry Lord (FR) Disappointing 13th in a Handicap over 1800m at Chantilly on 10 November. That was not a great performance but hopefully blinkers fitted for the first time will evoke some improvement. Kievsky (FR) Was 5th in a Qualfiying Handicap over 1800m at Deauville on 25 November. He is a consistent performer who should be fighting out the finish.
RACE 2: LUTINS HANDICAP (FIBRESAND TRACK) – 2100M – TIME: 23:42 PRIZE MONEY: EUR14400
Tortola (FR) A promising 7th in a Handicap over 1600m at this track on 29 November. That was her first run back from a break and will be fitter and better suited to the distance this time. Eskandani (FR) A decent 6th in a Handicap over 1800m at Deauville on 3 December. His rating has dropped significantly and he should be competitive in this company. Twenty Seven Jet (FR) Was a well-beaten 3rd in a Handicap over this course and distance on 22 November. Has a good record at the track but has landed a wide draw. Great Charlie (FR) Ran 2nd in a in a Handicap over this course and distance on 22 November. That run puts him in contention but his is drawn widest of all.
RACE 3: HIVER HANDICAP (FIBRESAND TRACK) – 2100M – TIME: 00:17 PRIZE MONEY: EUR13000
Semeur (FR) Ran 2nd in a Handicap over 2400m at this track on 5 December. He was beaten 6 lengths in that race but it showed a return to form and he should be right there. Bella Ciao (FR) Was 3rd in a Handicap over 2400m at this track on 5 December. She finished behind SEMEUR (2) but she is in good form, is well drawn and should be right there. Peyton Place (FR) Won a Handicap over 1600m at this course on 29 November. Finished well to get the upper hand and will appreciate the extra ground reunited with jockey Maximilien Justum. Cash Ruler (FR) 3rd in a Handicap over this course and distance on 22 November. A solid place getter but fails to get his nose down where it matters. Should be thereabouts.
RACE 4: NOEL HANDICAP (FIBRESAND TRACK) – 1700M – TIME: 00:52 PRIZE MONEY: EUR16300
Golden Alqa (FR) A solid 2nd in a Handicap over 1400m at Chantilly on 21 November. She carries top weight but consistently runs well on the sand. Elfenn (FR) Finished 5th in a Handicap over 2000m at Le Mans on 6 October. She is proven at this level but will be tested on the sand in Australian blinkers this time. Punica (FR) Was 5th in a Handicap over 1600m at Clairefontaine on 24 October. She will be making her sand debut and should appreciate the quicker surface. Lovely Dream (FR) A promising 3rd in a Handicap over this course and distance on 22 November. She should improve on that effort and has winning claims.
RACE 5: MARCHES DE NOEL MAIDEN STAKES (FIBRESAND TRACK) – 1700M – TIME: 01:27 PRIZE MONEY: EUR21000
Astove (FR) Encouraging first-up run when finishing 5th over 1600m. Should improve and strip fitter. Black Swan (FR) Ran a superb race on debut finishing 2nd over 1600m at Lignieres on 29 November and can go one better. Strong each way chance. Kohakou (FR) Holding form well and finished 4th at Toulouse in a Handicap on 23 November. Enters the equation. Markos (FR) Encouraging first-up run when finishing 4th over 1600m. Should improve and strip fitter.
