Nalon River (FR) Encouraging first-up run when finishing 4th over 2000m. Should improve and strip fitter. White Shamrock Ran 2nd in a Maiden over 2000m at Lyon Parilly on 9 September. She looked threatening in that race for much of the journey and the small drop in trip could suit. Like It Or Not Unraced 3yo colt by Cracksman out of Observatory mare Needleleaf trained by Fabrice Chappet. Half-brother to 3-time Gr 1 winner in Ireland and England Native Trail (Oasis Dream). Mahasen (FR) Ran 2nd in a Maiden over 1600m at this course on 6 June. She has been competing in Handicaps and a return to a Maiden last time evoked improvement. Smerwick (IRE) Ran 5th in a Maiden over 1600m at Chantilly on 1 September. That was quite a decent effort and based on the way she ran on she will benefit from the extra 200m.

Dschingis Power (FR) Finished third over 2400m on this course in Claimer on 16 September. He is in good form and merits obvious consideration. Gwo Ka (FR) Finished behind.

Flash Man (FR) Two recent placed efforts, 4th on the most recent over 2300m at Le Mans on September 12th in a Class 2 race. Capable of making his presence felt. Sakhaline (FR) Placed on his last two runs, 2nd when beaten narrowly by JERRY LEE (11) at this track over 2400m in a handicap on September 17th last time. One to keep onside. Storm Star (FR) Finished 5th last time in mid-September over 2400m, a win previously over 1800m at Marseille Borely in a maiden race on September 4th. Place contender. Sieglinde (FR) Finished 4th in a handicap over track and trip last time on September 17th, and a win previously at La Teste in August. Player.

Whataboutism (FR) Finished fourth in a Group 3 over 2000m at Deauville on 3 August. She will enjoy racing on the softer tracks and cannot be discounted. Azaniya (IRE) Comes off a fourth-place finish in a Listed race over 2000m at Salisbury in Great Britain on 13 August. Owen Burrows trains and she should run an honest race.

Myboyfriend (FR) Four unplaced runs of late, the latter over 1600m at Bordeaux Le Bouscat on September 29th in a Class 3 handicap. Has eased in the ratings and has each way claims.

Daisy Daisy Unplaced last time in a Group 3 race on Septem- ber 20th, two wins previously- the latter over 1100m at Deauville on August 26th in a maiden race. Ought to be involved. Lady’armor (FR) 6th on her latest start over 1400m at Dax late last month, 3rd previously over 1600m in a Class 2 race at La Teste on August 20th. One to keep onside.
