Summary: Some talented fillies line up in this competitive Class 2 race. BADIE (6) impressed on
her only start on the PSF in early December and returns from a break fresh and ready to go. WE’LL
DEFEND (7) was an easy 4L winner at Chantilly in early March and looks a smart prospect who
should be in the thick of it. LOBELIA (2) cruised to a 9L victory on debut last October and commands
respect on her return. AL UQDA (1) is also unbeaten from one run and is another with strong claims.
SELECTIONS

Summary: PLAIN BEAU (9) looks the pick in a wide-open contest. He ran a solid fourth at Le
Croisé-Laroche just six days ago and is chasing his tenth career win. RIYAK (4) was a good third
at Saint-Cloud last month and, as a consistent performer, should be right in the mix. USER KINDLY
(2) is capable of grabbing a top-three finish, while BRAVE SHIINA (3) also makes the shortlist and
shouldn’t be overlooked.
SELECTIONS
PLAIN BEAU (9) – RIYAK (4) – USER KINDLY (2) – BRAVE SHIINA (3)

Summary: MR HOLLYWOOD (2) was a pleasing fourth in a Listed race at this track on his last
start in late March and should be too smart for his rivals. ROCK BLANC (1) is a capable performer
in this grade of race and can get back to form after a couple of unplaced runs this year. MENDRISIO
(4) won a Class 2 race at Fontainebleau on his penultimate start and is hard to overlook. ZEN
SPIRIT (3) is another to consider.
SELECTIONS
MR HOLLYWOOD (2) – ROCK BLANC (1) – MENDRISIO (4) – ZEN SPIRIT (3)

Summary: BORN TO WIN (4) showed improvement when picking up a recent handicap over this
course and distance. He carries a penalty which will make it tougher this time, but he is improving
and can follow up. LE NOTRE (5) returned from a break in good form and should have more to
offer this time. CRICRI D’AMOUR (6) is not reliable but does also seem better than the last run.
MALTOCK D’ORGERES (3) is unreliable but could make the frame.
SELECTIONS
BORN TO WIN (4) – LE NOTRE (5) – CRICRI D’AMOUR (6) – MALTOCK D’ORGERES (3)

Summary: GOT SEA (3) has yet to win a race but was runner-up last time out over this track and
trip and is clearly capable of winning a handicap, so gets the vote to score. POPPIE SAN (10) has
held her form well and was not disgraced in her first handicap, so can be a threat. LOLLIPOP DES
PINS (7) is consistent and will be right there at the finish once again. FLORY DU NINIAN (12) is
unreliable but did run well at this track last time out and can be competitive.
SELECTIONS
GOT SEA (3) – POPPIE SAN (10) – LOLLIPOP DES PINS (7) – FLORY DU NINIAN (12)
RACE 6: MY LOVE STAKES (TURF TRACK) (FROM SAINT-CLOUD RACE 7) – 1600M – TIME: 22:55 PRIZE MONEY: EUR18000
Summary: ZABIARI (4) is the class act on show. He returns from a break for a trainer that gets
them fit enough, and he does look the one to be with. SAIDI EL FAL (6) was a good winner over
this course and distance last time out and deserves respect returning from a break. QUALIXIA (12)
liked it back on the grass last time out and can be a threat again. MONTE LINAS (7) returns from
a break, but he would not be a surprise winner.
SELECTIONS
ZABIARI (4) – SAIDI EL FAL (6) – QUALIXIA (12) – MONTE LINAS (7)
RACE 7: DU LIEU MARMION HANDICAP (TURF TRACK) (FROM SAINT-CLOUD RACE 8) – 1600M – TIME: 23:30 PRIZE MONEY: EUR22000
Summary: GRAND ANGEL (6) has been supplemented for the race. He is in good shape and is
probably even better on the grass, so gets a narrow vote to score. POMELEO (8) is very consistent
and will be right there at the finish yet again. ROMANCE MARINE (9) has held her form very nicely
of late and has a winning chance in this line-up. RECONSTRUCTED (10) carries a penalty for his
first win but is clearly not out of it.
SELECTIONS
GRAND ANGEL (6) – POMELEO (8) – ROMANCE MARINE (9) – RECONSTRUCTED (10)
RACE 8: DU LIEU MANCHON HANDICAP (TURF TRACK) (FROM SAINT-CLOUD RACE 9) – 1600M – TIME: 00:05 PRIZE MONEY: EUR20000
Summary: MELANIES JOY (5) has yet to win a race but got close to doing just that at Chantilly
and can go one better this time. STORMY TANGO (4) showed he is capable of winning a handicap
with a good performance at Fontainebleau and will be a serious challenger in this lucky last race.
TIGER KING (1) liked the return to the grass with a win last time out but is carrying a penalty for
that success. L’ELU DE SADDLE (6) is not reliable but can make the frame.
SELECTIONS
MELANIES JOY (5) – STORMY TANGO (4) – TIGER KING (1) – L’ELU DE SADDLE (6)
RACE 9: DE SUGITON HANDICAP (FIBRESAND TRACK) (FROM PONT DE VIVAUX RACE 1) – 1500M – TIME: 00:40 PRIZE MONEY: EUR20000
Summary: SEEYOUAGAIN (5) has been holding steady form since her victory last year and
appears to be edging closer to that next victory. She remains with scope for improvement and is
one of the leading lights. IRBIS (6) has produced two pleasing efforts recently and is on track for a
big performance here. He should be in the firing line. BAIGNADE (3) has been dropping in the
ratings and showed improvement last time out and can show up well here. TANIS (10) finished just
behind IRBIS (6) in their latest encounter and there shouldn’t be a lot to choose between them once
again but Irbis just holds the edge.
SELECTIONS
SEEYOUAGAIN (5) – IRBIS (6) – BAIGNADE (3) – TANIS (10)
RACE 10: DE CAMARGUE MAIDEN STAKES (FIBRESAND TRACK) (FROM PONT DE VIVAUX RACE 2) – 1500M – TIME: 01:15 PRIZE MONEY: EUR21000
Summary: STOLEN KISS (1) has been knocking on the door for that maiden win which seems to
be right around the corner. He brings very useful form into this contest and appears to be the most
likely to breakthrough. MAHJONG (3) has had a number of chances to shed his maiden tag but
continues without a win although back in maiden company and up in trip, there could be lots to like
about his chances. SPIRIT OF MEHMAS (4) has been given time off after his debut effort and is
likely to come back a stronger horse which could see him show solid improvement. BABY BLUE
(7) improved from run one to two and should continue on that trend into this contest.
SELECTIONS
STOLEN KISS (1) – MAHJONG (3) – SPIRIT OF MEHMAS (4) – BABY BLUE (7)
RACE 11: DE CARRO HANDICAP (FIBRESAND TRACK) (FROM PONT DE VIVAUX RACE 3) – 1500M – TIME: 01:50 PRIZE MONEY: EUR20000
Summary: WICKBURY (6) found one too good last time out but comes into the race with a 7.5kgs
pull at the weights for a length defeat and that should be more than enough to turn the form around
with, SUNRISE DREAM (2) who either wins or goes missing according to his form figures so doesn’t
appear to be too reliable but is capable if on song. PASSINGSHOT (3) is nicely weighted and
should be right in the thick of things. ELUSIVE BELARDO (5) is holding useful form and should
have a say in the outcome.
SELECTIONS
WICKBURY (6) – SUNRISE DREAM (2) – PASSINGSHOT (3) – ELUSIVE BELARDO (5)
