MIND FREEZE and PRICELESS TREASURE were right there at the finish with that rival and they would not be surprise winners. IVY is an Act Of War filly who makes her debut for trainer Gavin Smith and she may be ready to win on debut. SECONDS OUT is an Ideal World filly also making her debut.

Race Summary: ONO NO KOMACHI is holding her form well. She is overdue a first win and will have blinkers for the first time. MASTER WIZARD makes his local debut trying the Polytrack and would not be a surprise winner. TAKE A MULLIGAN has been a huge disappointment this season but does try blinkers and could surprise. WELSH STARLET did not do much last time out but does have a place chance. A MONTH OF SUNDAYS and ACCUMULATE are both consistent on this surface and should contest the finish.

Both OH YOKO and TIME IN PARIS showed improvement last time out and would not be surprise winners. TUNE AGAIN has a place chance.

HAVANA GREY has not always shown her best side but has a place chance. PROJECT RUNWAY has been disappointing of late but is well drawn and clearly not out of it. JADE’S CABERNEIGH flopped in her last start but was in good form before that and is course and distance suited. SEE YOU IN A BIT should run well from this draw with Muzi Yeni in the irons. SHARAPOVA remains in good form and should be involved with the finish yet again.

Race Summary: ABOUND has won two of his last four starts and should make a bold attempt at scoring over this track and distance from a decent draw. DONNY TEE is speedy on this surface and clearly not out of it. WHATEVER NEXT flopped on the turf last time but had been doing well on this surface and can bounce back and be a threat. SILVONIAN, DUBAI HILLS and CHARLIE MALONE have been in good form of late and are capable of getting into the mix of things.

ALWAYS SHINING did not seem to enjoy the turf last time out and will be a threat back on this surface. OH MANDY is better than her last run would suggest and will be right there at the finish. SMART VIEW is unreliable but capable of earning some money when in the right mood. TO BE FREE has run well on the Polytrack so perhaps the last run on turf is best ignored.

Stable companion LADY SILVANO has been very good of late and jockey Richard Fourie is on her so that might be best followed. RED SASH is consistent and has a place chance. VIHAAN’S QUEEN could show vast improvement back on this surface and deserves respect. ESSENTIAL and HEART PEAKS are both coming off good last runs and are capable of earning some more money.

GRAND OASIS was a very easy maiden winner on this surface last time out. Stable companions MEETATTHEWINDSOR and CORAL CREEK are in good shape and would not be surprise winners. FEARLESS BADGER got a first victory last time out and could show further improvement. KING RAHUL was getting close to winning a race in Gauteng this year but is badly drawn on local debut.
