ASINANTANGA makes his local debut and would not be a surprise winner. MASTER INCOLOR and HAARLEM are two others that could show vast improvement making their local debut.

Race Summary: ONO NO KOMACHI looked a bit unlucky not to win on local debut. That was a very weak race but this does not look any stronger. She should go one better this time. A MONTH OF SUNDAYS struggled on the turf last time out after a good run on the Polytrack. ANGEL OF MY HEART and ACCUMULATE are battling to shed their maiden tags but are consistent and can fight out the finish. WELSH STARLET was a bit of a disappointment last week but could do better this week. CHEAP THRILLS could play a minor role.

Race Summary: LOTUS ISLAND impressed on local debut with a very easy maiden win. That was on the Polytrack but she has been fair on the turf and can follow up. DARLING HARBOUR tends to lack a strong finish but has a place chance in this line-up. The merit rating for CHRONICLESOFNANIA keeps dropping and she was heavily supported to win her latest start. She deserves some respect in this line-up. SWEET NOTHINGS showed improvement on the Polytrack and now has to show that form on the turf. MILLENNIUM DANCER and GALAXY MOMENT like the turf and are noot out of it. MOTHERSHIP has only been modest this year but can improve on local debut.

Race Summary: The removal of blinkers certainly has brought the best out of NOTHINGELSEMATTERS and he can win again. PUERTO PLATA has been a bitter disappointment of late as he has been beaten by rivals he should have beaten on previous form. He can bounce back and be a real threat this track and trip. GARDENER’S PRIDE should like this longer distance and would not be a surprise winner. KANIMAMBO and SAN QUINTIN are two can also get involved with the finish.

He carries a penalty for that win but can double up. GOLD GUNNER is consistent and has a place chance. SILVER TYCOON is in good form and has a winning chance. GRANDIOSA makes her local debut and should be a threat. SOUND OF THE SEA showed improvement last time out and is not out of it. LANCIAFIAMME got out of the maiden ranks in just the second attempt and can be ahead of the handicapper. POTENT CAPTAIN has improved of late and can contest the finish again.

He can go one better this time. LUNA HALO is course and distance suited and has a very good record under jockey Richard Fourie and would not be a surprise winner. BUSH TRACKER has run well around this distance and is not out of it. PYROMANIAC showed vast improvement last time out and can also contest the finish.

LIGHT OF DAY showed improvement last time out and can be very competitive this time around. MS PATTY was a well-backed winner on local debut so could have more to offer. HAPHAZARD has not done much wrong so far and could be anything trying the turf. VINTAGE CRYSTAL and SKY VELOCITY are tow that can get involved in a fight for minor money.

Race Summary: The usual difficult last race big field handicap. RAVILIOUS let us down last time out but this course and distance does suit and he can recoup losses if finding his best form. CAPTAIN TIK TOK is consistent and can get involved with the finish once again. BYTHELITEOFTHEMOON is unreliable but is also not out of it. STRATA has her first run for trainer Alan Greeff and can improve. SEE YOU IN A BIT has improved with blinkers and could earn some money. CRUZADOR is in good form and has a winning chance. WORDSWORTH is threatening to win a race and is an obvious inclusion in all bets. GREENLIGHT EXPRESS seems better than his performance last week and could be the surprise package of the race.
