Summary: Absent since his eye-catching debut in a very strong field in October last year,
GAMESTARS (1) is of particular interest on his much-anticipated reappearance. Listed-placed
maiden JUNEBERRY (3) has the form and experience to challenge the selection, as does
TOPY’SIM (5) who didn’t finish a long way adrift of that rival last time. GANT (2) appeals most of
the remainder in his first outing on French soil.

RACE 2: CHARLES LAFFITTE LISTED STAKES (TURF TRACK) (FROM COMPIEGNE RACE 5) – 2000M – TIME: 21:25 PRIZE MONEY: EUR55000
Summary: Group III Prix de Psyché runner-up ULURU (11) sets the standard and is the horse to
beat. However, SELEMIAH (1) is on a steep upward trajectory and could pose a threat with further
improvement expected of her. JULICA (12), disappointing at La Teste during the summer, retains
sufficient means to make her presence felt in a race of this nature, so shouldn’t be discounted.
GALAXY VEGA (4) completes the shortlist although several others are capable of getting into the
picture.

Summary: Thriving SIM CARD (1) is at the top of his game and seems capable of completing his
hat-trick. He will, however, have to thwart th likely challenges of Nicolas Caullery’s runners SWISS
MONEY (7) and RIYAK (4), both of whom have shown their form and well-being recently.
REVENTADOR (2), who caught the eye at ParisLongchamp last time out, isn’t incapable of making
his felt either.

Summary: KAVAKNEY (9) is a model of consistency and constitutes a solid base of support in this
handicap. REDRUNNER (11), in this field of few starters, seems best equipped to challenge the
selection for race honors. OCTOBER CHOPE (10), ABRASSO (7) and ACHKI (6) have the form
and experience at this level to also play leading roles, so they shouldn’t be taken lightly. LE KAKOU
(1) is dangerous off current mark.
