give a good account of himself
2. MARVIN OF SUCCESS – Unplaced last time, 2nd before that over 1200m at Dax on July 26th
in a maiden. Others seem more likely
3. PIC PEN – 5th on his latest run over 1200m at Dax on August 20th and placed before that. Has
claims to be involved
4. ZARTOP – Unplaced on both runs so far, the latter over 1800m at Clairefontaine on August 9th
in a maiden race. Hard to fancy
5. FAR BEYOND – 3rd last time, won before that in a claimer at Deauville on August 8th over
1400m. Unlikely to trouble a few of these
6. WESTI CHOPE – Did well when 3rd at Dax in a maiden over 1200m on July 26th on her debut.
Will be more focused today and is one to pay attention too
7. GREEN JASPER – Good effort when 4th on her debut at Dieppe over 1400m on August 21st.
Looks a nice prospect
8. LA FERRETCAPIENNE – Has some promising placed form, the latest over 1600m at this track
on August 31st when she was 3rd. Can make the frame
9. READY TO GO – Unplaced last time, she won a claimer before that at Vichy over 1400m on
August 14th. Looks vulnerable
Summary: GREEN JASPER (7) caught the eye when she was a pleasing fourth at Dieppe last
month on her debut. She will come forward from that and will be expected to get off the mark.
WESTI CHOPE (6) also made a promising debut when she was third at Dax in late July. She will
keep the main selection on her toes. LA FERRETCAPIENNE (8) has good placed form at this track
and can not be discounted. FUSEE DE PORCHE (1) is also capable of being on the premises.

Summary: CAZADERO (2) has the best recent form on offer and can get off the mark at the third
time of asking. He should like the extra distance today. YELLOW HAWK (1) also steps up in trip
and has shown ability in all four starts. He can make the selection work hard for success.
OARISTYS (3) needs to improve but has shown some talent in his two runs and can make the
frame. MISSION GAMMA (8) is also worth a mention.

Summary: In a competitive conditions race, the recent winner BLACK GANGSTER (3) holds a
leading chance of following up. His main danger could be GABON (4) who won a maiden at this
track on August 21st over today’s journey. DSCHINGIS DREAM (2) could likely start as favourite
after some decent efforts. He bumped into a promising filly last time over track and trip in a Class
2 race early last month. CHASUBLE (8) heads the remainder.

7. ZOFFWALTZ – Won over course and distance in a Class 3 handicap on August 21st when last
racing. More is needed in a better race
Summary: CAMBRONNE (6) should be able to get another success. He was below par at
Deauville last time but was a good third in a Class 1 race at the start of last month at Mont-DeMarsan and can edge this from GREY TORNADO (2) who was a solid second two runs ago at this
track in a Class 1 event in July. ETATIQUE (1) is a recent winner at Deauville of a Class 1 handicap
in August and is hard to rule out. CREW DRAGON (5) is also worth considering.

February, ran well when 5th at this track on July 28th over 1600m in a maiden. Warrants respect
9. MACANELLA – Two unplaced efforts of late, 4th before that over 1400m at Toulouse on June
19th in a Class 3 race. Hard to recommend
10. VLASIKHOVA – Has six unplaced runs this year, the latter over 2000m at San Sebastian on
August 15th. Pass over
11. HOMME DE VALEUR – 3rd last time over 1600m at Maia (PRT) on June 29th. Has yet to win
in twelve attempts and looks of limited ability
Summary: GRECIAN JEWEL (4) has shown improvement with each run so far. She ran well in a
Class 2 race last time when she was fourth and won before that at Salon Provence in late June.
She can get another win on her handicap debut. APOLINO (1) will be dangerous and has been in
two stronger races of late when out of the frame. He won at Angers in late May and he can feature.
MRS HOLIDAY (6) and LAS VEGAS DREAM (8) can fight it out for minor honours.

Summary: In an open race, it may pay to side with MARQUISE VERA (5) who can bounce back
after a tame effort on her latest start. She was second at this track in late June and can get the
better of STORMYGO (2) who is consistent and has not been out of the first two on his last four
runs. PIU DREAM (6) is one to include in all of the place bet permutations. POLIVATE (11) has
placed form at this track three runs ago when second and she can not be ruled out.

ANGEL (2) showed his best form when third last time at Gramat and is among the leading eachway options. NORTHERN ANGEL (2) has solid recent form and should have a say in proceedings.

Bastos (PRT). The hat-trick of wins is likely. ROMANELLO (3) is a live threat and was a good
second on his last two starts. SIXUNION (2) is a winner on his latest outing at Vichy in mid-August
and can not be dismissed in this. BOB LA BIDOUILLE (4) is also worth considering, he won two
starts ago at Senonnes in early August and makes his track debut.

Summary: There were valid excuses for the poor performance from ZERAFA (3) when she tried a
handicap but cheekpieces did the trick on her last time out and she can score again. RAYBIYA (6)
is consistent and was not disgraced when fourth last time out and could do a lot better this time.
MARTIN (4) won well on handicap debut but will carry a 4kg penalty for that win. NEWLOOK (5)
was consistent before a disappointing last run.

3. GIUSEPPE BALLOCCO – Unreliable but was victorious last time out in a Conditions race at
Craon over 1650m on 31 August. Need to do a lot more to beat these rivals
4. NESTHORN – Did all that was asked of him on debut when winning a Conditions race at Deauville
over this distance on 10 August. Can double up
5. CACOFONIX – Has improved with each run and was a winner last time out in a Conditions race
at Compiegne over 1400m on 28 August. Can contest the finish
Summary: A small field but a very interesting race. NESTHORN (4) did everything right when
scoring on debut and can follow up in this tougher test. MISUNDERSTOOD (2) looked promising
when also winning on debut and will not go down without a fight for top honours. CACOFONIX (5)
is improving and could have more to offer. KEANU (1) has won twice already and is on the up but
may need to find a bit more to beat these rivals.

Not beaten far that day and has a winning chance
5. IRON BIRD – Consistent so far without winning and was third last time out in a GR.2. at Deauville
over 1400m on 17 August. Comfortably beaten that day but could earn some money
6. LADY MAJESTY CEN – A runner-up on debut in a Conditions race at Dieppe over 1400m on 21
August. Tougher task this time and others are preferred
7. ANGEAL – Has been impressive so far winning all three starts, the latest being a GR.3. at
Deauville over 1400m on 28 July. Can remain unbeaten
Summary: ANGEAL (7) is unbeaten in three starts and she can extend that winning run. This
longer distance should not be too much of a concern. ZARIGANA (1) won well on debut and does
look the biggest threat with improvement likely. RELAXX (4) did not run badly behind RELAXX (4)
last time out and deserves respect for that run. LA GUAPISIMA (3) is improving and is clearly very
game so deserves some respect as well.

Summary: PURPLE MOOD (1) showed his best when winning in this division last time out and can
follow up in a similar strength of race. LOVERS DAY (5) was not disgraced last time out and could
get a bit closer to the winner this time around. BENIMARU (3) is probably better on the turf so the
last run is best ignored and a drop to a claimer could pay dividends. FAMILIAR (6) is better than
the last run would suggest and could make the frame.

Summary: ACCORD PARFAIT (6) is very consistent and is surely a big payer dropped to a claimer
for the first time. WELCH FUSILIER (3) is in very good form and deserves some respect but has
struggled in claimers this year. SLEEPY SUZY (1) was in good form before a disappointing last run
and can get back into the mix of things. OFFRANVILLE (11) has done well in this division before
and is not out of it.

Summary: RUE DE L’AUDE (3) is very consistent and should be fighting out the finish yet again.
MORISOT (5) is proven at this track and could bounce and be a serious threat if in the right mood.
LA DIVA D’ALBEN (4) could be at very best over a bit shorter but she does have a winning chance
in this line-up. BARBATE (9) was not disgraced last time out but is unreliable.

11. LA CLOCHARDE – Has improved of late and was runner-up last time out in a handicap at Vichy

Summary: REVALITE (1) has improved of late and was not disgraced when third last time out. A
big contender in this lucky last race. TENYEARSAFTER (6) showed improvement at this course
last time out and is a lively danger. VIANETA (7) picked up a handicap win last time out and should
be competitive again. LUCY GALESTE (9) showed vast improvement last time out and is not out
of it.
