good for his rivals
2. BURN TO SHINE – Won last time at this track over 1600m in a maiden race on July 15th.
Ought to be in the shake-up
3. OUT OF AFRICA – Fair 3rd last time in a Class 2 race at Le Lion D’Angers on July 11th after a
win on debut in June. Can make presence felt
4. OUTRENOIR – 3rd in a maiden last time at Vittel on July 25th on his third start. Others make
more appeal
5. SANS REGRETS HEM – Two unplaced runs so far, the latter of them over 1600m at this track
on July 15th. Looks safely held
6. MISTYSEA – Fair 4th in a Class 2 race at Saint-Cloud on June 30th when last racing. In the
mix
Summary: SUPIDO (1) ran a good race when stepped up in grade when he was third at Vichy in
a Listed race in mid-July. The slight step up in trip should also be to his liking. He can score from
OUT OF AFRICA (3) who has shown plenty of ability in both her runs. BURN TO SHINE (2) was
given a good ride by his jockey when scoring at this track in mid-July, he has the same man on
top and can feature. MISTYSEA (6) is also worth a mention.

be fit and a bold show can be expected. MEISHO BONHEUR (5) ran well over track and trip last
time and will make her rivals work hard for the win. ARTUS THE BRAVE (2) has been in good
class races on his latest two runs when out of the money. If producing his debut run when he
won, he can not be overlooked and can have a say in proceedings.

in a Class 4 race. Hard to fancy
7. SEA GARDENS – Fair 4th over 2400m in a Class 3 race on July 22nd. Should be fitter for that
return run and can not be discounted
8. MR GABRIEL – 4th two runs back over 2600m in a Class 4 race at Plestin on July 14th. Place
chance
9. PINTXOPOTE – Unplaced last time, 3rd before that over 2600m in a Class 4 race at
Pompadour on July 7th. In the mix
10. DALAKHOV – Has four unplaced runs of late, the latter over 2100m in a Class 4 handicap at
Senonnes on August 3rd. Unlikely to be a threat
11. KALEO SALSA – Promising 3rd on her debut at Granville over 2400m on July 15th. She will
be sharper for that run and is a key player
12. DONA JUANA – Has four unplaced runs so far, all last year, with the latest over 2900m at
Durtal on December 17th in a Class 4 race. Can be overlooked
Summary: KALEO SALSA (11) was a pleasing third on her debut last month. She will improve
from that experience and can play a lead role in this. SEA GARDENS (7) has plenty of race
experience and could be the main danger to the selection. ROCKMAR (1) showed talent on his
only run at Morlaix in March and should be on the premises with improvement expected. SING (5)
heads the remainder.

Summary: JIEPIES MELODY (5) was an easy winner by five lengths last time at Compiegne in
July and can defy a weight rise. Her biggest danger could be LOUGHCREW (9) who was a solid
second two runs ago at Compiegne in early July in a Class 3 handicap. AMERICAN HOPE (6)
could be a nice price and is probably the one to side with each way. CALYPSO (2)scored on his
latest start and looks the best of the remainder.

be the outside place value

can feature again. Strong place chance
9. FISFUL OF LOVE – Placed 5th over 1100m at Dieppe last time in a claimer and will need to do

Summary: BLUE HUNT (4) has shown ability thus far and can be expected to build on her latest
run when 6th in a Listed event at Vichy. RETT ANGEL (5) is in tremendous winning form and has
a huge chance of reeling off the hat trick. EAGLE GATE (2) was clearly a little outclassed last
time and can certainly serve up better in this grade. DALENDA (8) ran a fair race last time when
2nd at Chantilly and is a must for the quartet.

1. TOMAKAY – Was a winner at the last start which was over 1300m at Parislongchamp and can
follow up but do prefer others. Chance
2. SKYLIGHT BROCHARD – Ran well when 2nd at Saint-Cloud on the 30th of June over 1400m
in a Handicap and can go one more. Strong chance
3. VALDIVARA – Placed 3rd over 1400m in Listed class at Deauville on the 7th of last month and
should give another good account. Bright chance
4. DURYTHME – Was a winner at penultimate run over 1400m at Compiegne and followed up
with a 6th at Parislongchamp. Outside place chance
5. ROYAL GREY – Has only raced in very strong company, finished 8th over 1200m at Deauville
last time in a Listed race and in this class, should be difficult to beat
6. BEST OF LIGHT – Finished 12th in a Listed event last time and can progress on that. Was a
winner at penultimate start. Interesting and could be some place value
7. ODONNELL’S ORCHARD – Is winning well, most recent victory was over 1200m at Marseille
Borely and can reel off the hat trick. Good chance
8. SUNNY ANGEL – Placed 3rd over 1300m last time and could be in the shake up again. Place
chance
9. ALI – Ignore last run when 12th at Parislongchamp, is capable of way better. Respect and
include in bets
10. MOUNT VERNON – Finished 7th over 1200m at Chantilly in a Group 3, is lightly raced and
could have more to offer
11. MAIZIERES – Will need to progress on recent 6th over 1300m at Deauville and can. Place
chance, but prefer others
12. PERLI CHOPE – Finished 5th over 1100m at La Teste and will need to do way more to
feature. Prefer others and can be ignored
Summary: ROYAL GREY (5) was thrown in the deep end right from the get go and has
competed mostly in very strong Group and Listed races. She now takes a considerable drop in
class and should take a power of beating. SKYLIGHT BROCHARD (2) was a winner of a Listed
race four runs back and finished an attractive 2nd last time in Handicap class. He has strong
claims. VALDIVARA (3) continues to catch the eye and certainly did when tried for the first time in
a Listed race last time. Big runner. TOMAKAY (1) knows what it takes to win races and is a must
for all bets.

far the stronger. Pass by
8. INTUITION – Scope to build on recent run when 4th over 1400m at Clairefontaine in a
Handicap. Place chance at best
9. LOLLIPOP STAR – She is lightly raced and has yet to show any scope for the future. In saying
that, she can certainly start improving
10. BAKHILOVA – Won on the 25th of July at Vittel over 1300m and has every chance of
following up. Big runner
11. INITIALS BEBE – Finished 8th over 1400m last time but before that never shone. More
needed and can be ignored
12. RUMPLETEAZER – Attractive effort last time when 2nd over 1300m at Vittel. Place chance
and can be factored into most bets
Summary: CHIRICCO (6) can be forgiven for his last dismal run and judged on better earlier
form. He is more than capable of winning a race like this. HOUBI (5) is never far off the winners
and caught the eye in the penultimate run. Strong each way claims. BAKHILOVA (10) comes into
the race fresh off a victory at Vittel and can follow up. SOUTHERN METEOR (1) has a strong
place chance. The maiden win should be soon.

Summary: BAKHCHISARAY (8) is in mustard form currently having notched up a victory in his
penultimate and a encouraging 2nd thereafter. He is the firm first choice. CENTRAL PARK WEST
(4) is holding attractive form and can get much closer than his recent 3rd at La Teste. He has
strong each way claims. MUELHEIMER PERLE (12) won last time out and if were to follow up, it
would be no shock at all.

winning ways soon. GIORGIANA (3) won over slightly shorter last but has the right credentials to
be a threat once again. THE TIME (5) has been model of consistency and should deliver another
big run.

is getting closer to another victory and with Mikael Barzalona in the saddle, he demands the
outmost of respect. VIOU (10) just needs to repeat his latest outing and he will be involved at the
finish. SASSICA (13) drops significantly in class and can bounce back to some of her best form.

Summary: PRESCY LIIA (6) bounced back to form with a cracking run and looks poised to
deliver another big run with Mikael Barzalona in the irons. FALWUKAIR LAUJAC (11) wasn’t far
off victory last time out and meets the top pick on exactly the same weight terms so there
shouldn’t be much to choose between the two. ILLUSTRE BERE (1) doesn’t win very often but is
seldom far off them and can run into the money. CASHFORPASSOVER (13) slots in with a very
light galloping weight which could see him returning to form.
