3. MARVELOUS BY NIGHT – Won a claimer and was not disgraced when 5th last time out in a Conditions race at this course over 1400m on 15 July. Can make the frame
4. LINDERHOF – Finished 9th on debut in a Conditions race at Saint-Cloud over 1400m on 4 June. Capable of improvement and could play a minor role
5. WINNE CHOPE – Not disgraced on debut when fourth in a Conditions race at La Teste de Burch over 1400m on 3 July. Can contest the finish
6. MRIYA – Did not show much on debut when 11th in a Conditions race at Saint-Cloud over 1400m on 4 June. Capable of improvement but others are preferred
7. PELINIA – A two-year-old filly by Golden Horn out of Peligrosa who is making her debut. Watch the betting

Summary: IOWA CITY (2) has only found one better in both her starts. She looked hard to oppose against these rivals. MARVELOUS BY NIGHT (3) won a claimer on debut and has not been disgraced since then and can contest the finish again. CARPE DIEM (1) ran well on debut and can fight out the finish once again. CALLA FONDA (8) could be ready to run well on debut.

2. COUPE D’EUROPE – Did not show her best on handicap debut when 6th at Marseille Borely over 2000m on 14 June. Drops in distance and can contest the finish
3. DELPHINE – Not disgraced when fourth last time out in a handicap at Lyon-Patilly over 1600m on 24 June. Can make the frame again
4. SASKATOON – Improving and was victorious last time out in a handicap over this track and trip on 19 July. Carries a 2.50kg penalty for that win but deserves respect
5. DECIDEMENT – -Has won a claimer on the flat but has been modest over hurdles of late and was 9th last time out in a Conditions hurdle at Aix-les-Bains over 3400m on 14 July. Others are preferred
6. TIERCEVILLE – Has improved of late and was tired last time out in a handicap at Mont-deMarsan over this distance on 5 July. Has a place chance
7. WAY TO MARBELLA – Yet to win and was 8th last time out in a Conditions race at Clairefontaine-Deauville over 1400m on 11 July. Could surprise on handicap debut
8. NICE PAULI – Showed improvement when a runner-up last time out in a handicap at SaintCloud over this distance on 17 June. Can go one better this time

Summary: SASKATOON (4) was a good winner last time out but will be carrying a 2,5kg penalty for that win. He is improving and gets the vote to score. MA MOME (1) is in good form and should be involved with the finish yet again. COUPE D’EUROPE (2) flopped on handicap debut but is capable of better and deserves respect. TIERCEVILLE (6) has improved of late and could be competitive again.

2. SHOOTING – Not disgraced on debut when 5th in a Conditions race at Aix-les-Bains over 1200m on 4 July. Could improve this longer distance
3. AVENTINO – Has only been modest in two starts, including when 6th last time out in a Conditions race at Compeigne over 1400m on 10 July. Capable of improvement
4. GUACARI – Finished 8th on debut in a Conditions race at Compeigne over 1400m on 12 July. Capable of improvement but others are preferred
5. SAITAMA – Has not shown much in two starts and was 9th last time out in a Claimer at Chantilly over 1200m on 29 June. Others are much preferred
6. LOUIS DEUX – Has not shown much so far and was tenth last time out in a Conditions race at this track over 1400m on 15 July. Others are preferred
7. GIUSEPPE BALLOCCO – Has finished third in both starts, with the latest being in a Claimer at Saint-Malo over 1100m on 15 July. Might play a minor role
8. STELLAR CHOP – Finished 9th on debut in a Conditions race at Lyon-Parilly over 1350m on 1 June. Can improve this longer distance but others are preferred
9. LORD OF DAY – A two-year-old colt by Almanzor out of Lady’s Beauty who is making his debut. Watch the betting
10. CHANT DORE – A two-year-old colt by Taj Mahal out of Paroleetmusique who is making his debut. Watch the betting
11. ROYAL ENCLOSURE – A two-year-old colt by Zoustar out of Ellery Lane who is making his debut. Supplemented for this race so watch the betting
12. MASTER CATH – A two-year-old colt by Mastercraftsman out of Lagrandecatherine who is making his debut. Watch the betting

Summary: A tricky race as the runners with exposed form do not appear very reliable. MASTER
CATH (12) is nicely bred and would not be a surprise winner on debut. ROYAL ENCLOSURE
(11) has been supplemented for the race so could be ready to score. AVENTINO (3) has only
been modest so far but is capable of improvement. SHOOTING (2) was not disgraced on debut
and could improve.

Summary: A very open-looking handicap. IDAHO JAMES (1) is at best around this distance and
had a lot of these rivals behind him last time out. JERIMADETH (7) has a winning chance but is
on a long losing streak. FASHIONED GIRL (5) won a claimer last time out but will be confident
and could run a decent race. SAKHARAH (4) has been a disappointment of late but could pop up.

2. IL CAPO – Yet to win but is very consistent and was runner-up for the fourth time last time out in a handicap at Salon de Provence over this distance on 25 June. Can go one better
3. OUDON – Disappointing last run when 6th in a Conditions race over this course and distance on 19 July. Can surprise on handicap debut
4. VINO – Very consistent and was third in a handicap over this track and trip last time out on 17 July. Be right there at the finish once again
5. LUNA LUPA – Ran well on handicap debut when third at La Teste-de-Buch over this distance on 28 June. Can contest then finish again
6. GALIMATIA – Showed some improvement when 5th last time out in a Conditions race at Aixles-Bains over 1800m on 9 July. Can do better on handicap debut trying further
7. ELLE LA VITESSE – Has lost her way of late and was tenth last time out in a Claimer at this course over 1850m on 18 July. Others are preferred
8. LORD MIESQUE – Unreliable and was 9th last time out in a handicap at this course over 2000m on 16 July. Has won twice this year and is capable of an upset
9. AL MUZAFFAR – Finished 5th last time out in a handicap at Aix-les-Bains over 2500m on 4 July. Could play a minor role
10. LA CLOCHARDE – Has not shown much in four starts and was tenth last time out in a Conditions race at Granville over 1700m on 19 May. More is needed to win on handicap debut
11. SHALAA DANCER – Has not shown much so far and was 6th last time out in a handicap over this track and trip on 17 July. More is needed to win

Summary: LUNA LUPA (5) ran well when third on handicap debut and could do even better this
time around. It is a very competitive race, though. VINO (4) is very consistent and will be a lively
danger. OUDON (3) flopped last time out but should do better on handicap debut. GALIMATIA (6)
showed some improvement last time out and could be another to respect.

2. HASTA LA VISTA – Not disgraced when 5th last time out in a Conditions race at Lyon-Parilly over 2200m on 24 June. Can contest the finish
3. MINNATA – Finished tenth on her debut in a Conditions race at Compeigne over 1800m on 24 May. Capable of improvement but others are preferred
4. BEATRIX LESTRANGE – Did not run too badly when 5th in a Conditions race at Nimes over 1900m on 18 February. Returns from a break and more is needed to beat these rivals
5. MISS CHACHA – Finished 6th on her debut in a Conditions race at Aix-les-Bains over 1800m on 9 July. Could play a minor role
6. TANAMI STARLET – A bit of a disappointment when only fourth in Germany last time out over 2100m on 22 June. Did better before that at Strasbourg and has a winning chance
7. HELSINKOEUR – Not disgraced when third on debut in a Conditions race at Pompadour over 2600m on 7 July. More is needed to beat these rivals
8. FORCEIGHT – Ran well on debut when runner-up in a Conditions race at Aix-les-Bains over 1800m on 9 July. Can go one better this time
9. FULL OF HOPE – Has not shown much in her two starts and was 12th last time out in a Conditions race at Dieppe over 2400m on 14 June. Others are much preferred
10. MICINDY – A three-year-old filly by Birchwood out of Cindy Who is making her debut. Watch the betting
11. SON VIDA – A three-year-old filly by Helmet out of Sa Calobra who is making her debut. Watch the betting

Summary: FOREVER GIVEN (1) returns from a break but has been good without winning so far
and gets an ideal opportunity. This track and trip should suit. HASTA LA VISTA (2) was not
disgraced last time out and could step up on that this time out and be a threat. TANAMI
STARLET (6) ran well at Strasbourg in the penultimate start and should contest the finish.
FORCEIGHT (8) only found one better on debut and is not out of it.

Summary: KUPALA (8) is improving and is in good form. She can go one better on her good last
runner-up performance. MOMO NELSON (2) has already won twice this year and is capable of
winning again. PERROU (7) only carries a 1kg penalty for his course and distance win last time
out so is clearly not out of it. LAGOONE CHOPE (9) ran well over this track and trip last time out
and also as a winning chance.

Summary: A very tough end to the card. ALAMSAR (5) is the choice for the lucky last race after
a good last run but is unreliable. AGDUNE (12) is consistent and can contest the finish once
again. LOKI (6) has been much improved this year and deserves the utmost respect in this lineup. AGOUREIL (9) probably needs to improve to win this race but could make the frame.
