Race Summary: Summary: There are a number of visiting trainers in this Maiden Handicap. Sean Tarry saddles AND ACTION (7) who has been coming along the right way and the switch to the poly could bring out the best. DOIN’ TIME (5) is a struggling maiden but looks well weighted in this Maiden Handicap. MISTER NIBBLES (4) has been trying further and was a beaten favourite over a mile last time out but does seem better over the shorter distances at this stage of his career. GLAMORZ (3) takes on males but is never far back and should feature again. BREGART (2) made a promising debut on the poly last time out and must have a good chance while CAPTAIN JIM (1) made sudden improvement last run and off a light weight could surprise.

Race Summary: Summary: NAZARE (1) made sudden improvement to win last time pout but he was not friendless in the market which suggests that Candice Dawson has found the key. SHOEFELLA (2) has been a little disappointing but has first-time blinkers which could see him improve. COUNT MARSH (3) was not far back to stronger last run with the blinkers back on. This trip should suit as he has dropped in the handicap. BRASS BELL (7) was a winner last Wednesday but was being aimed at this race. He can follow up.

Nautical Landing has put in two smart efforts on the poly and stays the trip. Ladies World made a promising local debut against males and is sure to improve on that showing. FLYING REIGN STORM (3) goes well over course and distance and is a must included in all calculations. CITY LIGHTS (2) has consistent Highveld form but her best recent effort has been on the poly which makes her a big runner.

He has shown patchy Cape form but at best he should make a race of it in this line-up. INCREDIBLE INDRANI (8) has been coming along the right way on the Highveld and although taking on males she should run a forward race. TORIX NIGHT (6) has been a bit of a nightmare for Mike Miller who has expected more from him but this looks to be the right race although stable rider Tristan Godden has opted for CODE OF CONDUCT (9) who is on the up-grade.

She has drawn wide under a big weight but has a 4kg claimer up. GRECIAN PALACE (7) almost upset last run under a light weight. She is down in class and can feature in another competitive race.

Race Summary: Summary: Wide open handicap. MOYA WA LALINGA (8) made a smart return from the Cape when close-up on the poly last run. A repeat should see him competitive. GIMME A RAINBOW (2) won well when switched to the poly and although he got a four-point raise in the handicap he has a good draw and he took to the poly. JOHN WICK (7) has come on nicely at his last two and should be at his peak. If he take to the poly he will be a big runner. PURPLE OPERATOR (11) has a wide draw but is back over his preferred trip and he goes well on the synthetic surface.
