1. DANSE S Y – Placed second three runs back over 2900m so appears distance suited. Should
be right there
2. L’AMBASSADEUR – Won latest over 2300m and now goes 3200m. If the extra distance suits
can be involved in the finish
3. STRIVER – Tries 3200m but has won over 3000m. A two time winner from seven attempts and
can go close here
4. LADIVA – Trying 3200m for the first time and if that suits could go close here. One to consider
5. ARAMITZ – First time beyond 2000m. Stretching in distance. If 3200m is what is wanted can
place at best
6. DARK EMERY – A one time winner who should not have a problem with the distance as has
attempted 3000m
7. BRAMESHOT – Yet to win a race and has only one placing from twenty attempts and is a
hopeful entrant
8. LUIGI ANTINORI – Two runs back won over 2300m. Tries the longer trip now, could place at
best here
9. RABELLOISE – Won previous over 3800m so distance should be no problem here, and has
place prospects
Summary : STRIVER (3) has plenty of stamina and tends to go well on testing ground. She can
wraps up a third career victory. L’AMBASSADEUR (2) won at the venue not long ago but has his
first try at the distance. DANSE S Y (1) has previously won over a staying trip and has a claiming
jockey on board. LADIVA (4) was a good fourth at Le Mans last time and can have a say.

here
4. KENOR DE MAEL – Placed second on debut and in two subsequent runs has not placed.
Needs to improve
5. KARCALIN – Tried 3200m lats start and placed second so the distance should suit. One for the
shortlist
6. KACHA D’OUDAIRIES – Yet to place and is a hopeful entrant for the win here. Has tried
2850m so distance should be no problem.
7. KENJI – Three runs to date and yet to place. Must show more before recommending, place at
best
8. KESSQUETESBELLE – Poor form and needs to do more. Hopeful entrant and not much to
recommend at this start

Summary : KOKOCHAGA (1) has been very consistent thus far and brings both experience and
a certain amount of ability into the race. He is the firm choice ahead of KAIOKEN (3) who showed
plenty of promise earlier in the season. KARCALIN (5) is from an in-form yard and was a good
second in his last run at Saumur. KIRSCA DE THAIX (12) is a newcomer worth a market check.

Summary : Newcomer KIRIELLE DU MESNIL (12) is from the very much in-form Boisnard stable
and is sure to be fit. She is a tentative choice in this contest, ahead of KASHMIR DE CORTON
(10) who pairs up with Multiple Group 1 winning jockey Aurélien Lemaître. The well-related
KLASS AFFAIR (11) should be given some consideration. KHILIDA (6) ran with credit first time
out and should show some improvement.

suit, can go close here
4. BALANI – A 2 year old filly by Kendargent out of Balamani who makes her debut. Watch

8. SPANIX – Debuted over 1600m and finished sixth and is open to improvement for this event
9. GLORIYAD’OR – Placed fifth in latest over 1100m and steps up in distance. Others are

10. LADY OF NABEUL – A winner of latest over 1600m and now drops in trip. Has claims at the
win and should be there
11. PANAY – Debuted over 1800m and did not place, might prefer the drop in distance. Outsider
12. PREMIER CITY – A 2 year old colt by Salt Lake City out of Kadjang who makes his debut
here. Watch betting
Summary : BAILEYS TOPAZE (3) posted a promising first start and comes from the Joël
Boisnard red-hot yard. She could be hard to oppose. A winner over a mile, LADY OF NABEUL
(10) should not be bothered by the drop in distance and warrants some consideration. SPANIX
(8) surely has plenty of improvement to offer after a creditable first run. DULINI (5) could benefit
from the step up in distance.

4. PIERRE PREMIER – Been on a long break and fitness might be an issue. Is a one time winner
with two placings from five starts
5. CTE D’ESCARBAGNAS – A one time winner from six attempts and has scope to improve.
Should be distance suited
6. EPOUSTOUFLANTE – A win and two placings from six tries. This filly appears distance suited
and has a chance at the win here
7. INCLINATION – A recent winner at Fontainebleau last month. Appears distance suited and can
make the frame
8. MARFISA – Did win in September and placed fourth in latest. Can make the frame judged on
recent form
9. LEANDRA – A one time winner with consistent form and can get into the mix at best here.
Others preferred
10. PUERTA DEL SOL – Having its fifth attempt and is yet to place so others are preferred for
this event
Summary : CTE D’ESCARBAGNAS (5) has failed to answer all the questions in the first part of
the year. He has been gelded since and benefits from a good entry for this comeback run. PRIJA
(1) takes a slight step up in trip but faces an easier assignment than in her las start. Course &
distance winner SAINT CLOUD (2) is worth a mention. EPOUSTOUFLANTE (6) should show
some progress and can ben involved too.

2. TUMBLER – A three time winner that steps up in distance here. Previously has two 1800m

3. DEPUTY RULER – Did win a conditions race in August and placed fifth in latest and at best
could make the frame
4. BOATER – A 4 year old colt by Sommerabend out of Fedora who makes his debut and the
betting is best guide
5. WELCOME TANGO – Only had one attempt and finished sixth on that occasion and with
improvement can make the frame
6. ASSINIBOINE – A winner of a conditions race in August and has a light weight so could get
into the mix here
7. SELLER ONE – Has not shown much to date and needs to show something. Others are
preferred here
8. HONGUEMARE – Placed third in September in a conditions race and has a chance at the win
here. One for the shortlist
9. DESIRE FOR EVER – A four time placer from ten tries and a place can be achieved if at best
for this event
Summary : HONGUEMARE (8) is ideally placed in the weight and has previously run well on
testing ground. She can get back to the winner’s enclosure. TUMBLER (2) has adapted well to
his new stable and should make his presence felt. FULL PRECIEUX (1) has run well at the track
earlier in the season and is not out of it. ASSINIBOINE (6) should enjoy the drop in trip and
cannot be excluded of the equation.

2. ATLANTICA – Had three runs back from a break and as yet has not troubled the judge. Others
preferred
3. PRINCE DES DUNES – Did win in May over course and distance and has subsequently won at
Deauville over1500m. Can go close
4. BEACON TOWERS – Did place second in September over 1400m and if at best can make the
frame here
5. GORDINI ROAD – No placings from five attempts. Hopeful entrant and others are preferred in
this contest
6. STRANGER – Placed second over course and distance in latest and placed third a run prior.
Has a winning chance
7. TAG – Placed fourth in latest but prior form was not inspiring, but at best can get into the action
8. ACHKI – Last placed in July when third and of late has not been in the placings. Look
elsewhere
9. RED THE WEST – Won his latest over course and distance. Does have four victories to his
name and can get into the action
10. LILLY BIRD – Did win her penultimate start over 1400m for its fourth win from seventy nine
attempts and can be there
11. COMMANDEUR – Has not placed for a while and is a hopeful entrant. Watch until more is
shown
Summary : A winner over the course & distance back in May, PRINCE DES DUNES (3) went on
to win another race at Deauville. He should be able to go close in this contest. Respectively first,
second and third in the same race at Niort mid-October, LILLY BIRD (10), RED THE WEST (9)
and STRANGER (6) should be able to feature prominently. TAG (7) reassured in his last run and
must be closely monitored.

course over 1400m was a victory. Each-way chance
3. SKADE – Last two 1400m efforts resulted in a win and a third so appears in good form and has
a say int his line-up
4. ON LOCKDOWN – Placed second in latest over 1400m and has fair form. Can be in the mix at
the end here
5. DANDY COOL – Placed third in latest over course and distance and appears to boast solid
form. Can go close
6. LA FLACA – Latest effort at course and distance resulted in a fifth placing and did win three
runs back. Enters calculations
7. BECHO – Finished fifth over course and distance last time out and can again get into the mix
here
8. GREGGY – Won in June and has not placed since and needs to reaffirm at present. Hard to
like
9. VAUTRIN – Form of late is lacking and needs to show more before selecting. Others are much
preferred
10. JORDAN BAKER – Last win was in April and has not placed since then. Needs improvement
to feature
11. CREAM ICE – Latest effort was a victory over 1650m. In similar form can be involved at the
finish once again
Summary : ZEYZOUN (1) is consistent and boasts a solid record at the venue. He has been on a
long losing run but can make it back to the winner’s box. The in-form DANDY COOL (5) is also a
course specialist and warrants plenty of consideration. Stablemate to the former, LA FLACA (6)
ran a decent race at the venue last time out. ON LOCKDOWN (4) could bring some joy to his new
connections.
