1. AUENWOLF – Undeniably capable but has gone off the boil in his last two starts so will need to
reaffirm. Upset potential
2. ONLY THE BRAVE – Consistent performer who is, quite possibly, the class horse of the race.
Should have a role to play
3. PANNETONE – Disappointed at Lyon-La Soie last time but is more than capable of redeeming
herself in a race of this nature
4. ZARICA – Continues to push her limits and is enjoying a career purple patch, winning eight of
her last nine starts. Unlikely to stop there
5. SEEKING DICKENS – Consistent sort with sound references/credentials. Must eke out a bit
more to win but has a place chance
6. SUNFAST – Unreliable but not incapable of getting into the picture judged on his best references.
Hard to trust but is as hard to rule out
7. SELLER ONE – Has nothing noteworthy to his name for a considerable period now so can be
easily ruled out. Overlook
8. LUNA THE GREAT – Did not go unnoticed when reverting to the flat last time (6th) but has no
more than a minor role here
9. INTERSTELLA – Seldom finishes far off the mark and could get into the picture here but has no
more than a place chance

Summary : Prolific ZARICA (4) has won eight of her last nine starts and is good value here to notch
up a 12th success of the year. ONLY THE BRAVE (2) boasts some solid form references and has
sufficient means to fight for victory. PANNETONE (3), despite her recent failure, as well as
consistent SEEKING DICKENS (5) are also capable of having a say and should be competitive.

SELECTIONS
ZARICA (4) – ONLY THE BRAVE (2) – PANNETONE (3) – SEEKING DICKENS (5)

R2 – PRIX WWW.MONEVENEMENTADEAUVILLE.COM (PRIX DE CALLEVILLE) – 2200m (a1 3/8m) – TURF – Condition Race – Flat – EUR € 27.000

1. LORD ACHILLES – Ultra-consistent sort in good form recently and is well treated by these
conditions. A softening of the track would put him off, though
2. GREYM – Does appreciate rain-affected/soft ground and boasts sound form references too. Will
be a factor here
3. WIESENTAU – Unreliable but not incapable of getting into the picture judged on his best
references. Not taken lightly
4. OR GRIS – Capable veteran who performs well on soft ground and recently acquitted himself at
Saint-Cloud. Dark horse
5. VALYRIAN STEEL – Seldom finishes far off the mark and could get into the picture here but has
no more than a place chance
6. TRES QUEEN – In very good form and physical condition, and has already proven very effective
on deep ground. Winning chance

Summary : The forecast rain on the Normandy coast would be welcomed by TRES QUEEN (7)
who, in receipt of weight from all of her rivals, is worth siding with here. She gets the nod ahead of
GREYM (2), who has maintained a fair level of form and consistency in better races/fields, and
LORD ACHILLES (1), even though he would prefer a fast track. OR GRIS (5) won’t mind a softening
of the ground and is often efficient at this time of year, so should play a role in the finish too.

SELECTIONS
TRES QUEEN (6) – GREYM (2) – LORD ACHILLES (1) – OR GRIS (4)

R3 – TEMOIGNEZ VOTRE SATISFACTION SUR GOOGLE (PRIX FILIBERTO) – 1600m (a1m) – TURF – Condition Race – Flat – EUR € 30.000

1. COMMEAUX – Ran better last time than indicated by his finishing position but would have gained
planty with the benefot of that experience
2. NARKEZ – Improving André Fabre-trained colt who finished 2nd last time out and will make
further progress. Winning chance
3. WELCOME CHARLY – Caught the eye when finishing well at Compiègne, just behind
SHIRBAWI (4). Should have a role to play
4. SHIRBAWI – Confirmed the promise of his debut 4th when narrowly missing out at Compiègne
last time. Will be involved
5. MYSTERY TRAIN – Finished a good 2nd in a recent claiming race and subsequently changed
hands for a hefty sum. Beware

finished unplaced on that occasion and is best watched for now
7. ROUDOUDOU – Edouard Thueux-trained Ectot colt to be ridden on debut by Benjamin Marie.
Best just to watch for now
8. TOROMORO – Newcomer to note with Maxime Guyon engaged to ride this Toronado colt for
trainer Amy Murphy. Not taken lightly
9. MEHLANGO – Goken colt on debut for Fabien Jolivet, who has engaged Ludovic Boisseau to
ride. For lovers of outsiders
10. SEABISCUIT DU RHEU – Romain Le Dren Doleuze-trained Elvstroem colt who will benefit from
the 1,5kg allowance of his rider Coralie Pacaut
11. ON Y CROIT – Well-bred newcomer from a stable that does well with its younger generation.
Not one to take lightly

Summary : NARKEZ (2) built on the promise of his pleasing debut (5th) to finish 2nd last time and
needn’t make much progress to open his account here. SHIRBAWI (4) has revealed his quality and
aptitude for soft tracks so is capable of fighting for victory. WELCOME CHARLY (3) and well-related
newcomer ON Y CROIT (11), whose brother Fais Nous Plaisir made a winning debut at Deauville,
are also potential winners in a competitive two-year-old event.

SELECTIONS
NARKEZ (2) – SHIRBAWI (4) – WELCOME CHARLY (3) – ON Y CROIT (11)

victory. Runner-up at Le Mans last time and will be involved again
4. DORABELLA – Started out very well by finishing 3rd on debut and will have more to offer given
that experience. One to beat
5. GOOD TIME ROLL – Has already shown sufficient means to wthe arrant consideration here, but
is more of a contender for the places than the win
6. MORNING AIR – Likely to improve and is one to watch after a pleasing 6th on debut. Could well
get into the picture
7. CETERA – Has finished 2nd in both of her starts and is likely to fight for victory again. Won’t be
winning out of turn
8. LUMINESCE – Roman Candle debutante to be ridden by Cristian Demuro for trainer Maurizio
Guarnieri. Watch for now
9. WORD’S OUT – Non Runner

Summary : DORABELLA (4) finished an encouraging 3rd on debut and, as she hails from a stable
in good form, should make the necessary improvement to win a race of this nature. She gets the
nod ahead of EMPRESS STAR (3), who has the form and experience to fight for victory, and
CETERA (7), who has finished 2nd in both outings – neither would be winning out of turn. SOME
SKYE (2), whose first start was promising, ought to improve too, so completes the list of potential
winners.

SELECTIONS
DORABELLA (4) – CETERA (7) – EMPRESS STAR (3) – SOME SKYE (2)

R5 – PRIX LE PETIT FUTE (PRIX DE LA MARE A TOUQUES) – 2900m (a1 13/16m) – TURF – Condition Race – Flat – EUR € 22.000

1. YOROKOBI – Head and shoulders clear of this field on ratings and should, surely, fight for victory.
One to beat
2. KALAMATA – Consistent filly with sound references. Has both the form and experience to stake
a claim in the finish
3. DSCHINGIS WIND – Produced a superb late effort, once the penny had dropped, to finish 3rd
on debut at Nancy. Must be respected
4. ALTESSEROYALETAVEL – Improved with the benefit of an introductory outing (9th) to finish
4th last time. Needs to do more
5. GATSBY GIRL – Did not go unnoticed in any of her three outings but has more of a place chance
than a winning one. Outsider
6. RONEA – Runner-up in two of her three starts and is the second highest-rated runner in the field.
Will play a role
7. DON’T WATCH ME CRY – Nicolas Paysan-trained Dariyan newcomer to be ridden on debut by
Tristan Baron. Best watched for now

Summary : YOROKOBI (1) is proving costly to follow but is ideally engaged under these conditions
and ought to fight for victory. RONEA (6), twice 2nd in three starts, should play a leading role too
at this handicap value (37), which also applies to DSCHINGIS WIND (3) who will have more to offer
having finished an encouraging 3rd on debut. KALAMATA (2), due to lack of opposition, could make
her presence felt too.

SELECTIONS
YOROKOBI (1) – RONEA (6) – DSCHINGIS WIND (3) – KALAMATA (2)

R6 – CLOTURE DU MEETING ATHIPPIQUE 2023 (PRIX DE LA CROIX FERRET) – 2900m (a1 13/16m) – TURF – Condition Race – Flat – EUR € 22.000

undeniable winning chance

to trouble the judge
3. WURFGEIST – Consistent colt with sound references and has already proven himself on this

4. LE BUGISTE – Improved to finish an eye-catching 4th at Angers last time and needn’t have made
much progress to win a race of this nature
5. PETIT DRAGON – Made a promising debut (4th) and ought to have improved with the benefit of
that outing. Not to be taken lightly
6. THE GETAWAY – Was supplemented for this event after a quiet introduction, so ought to have
improved since. Not taken lightly
7. KELLER DODVILLE – Has performed fairly consistently to this point and has shown sufficient
means to play a role here. Place chance
8. KLASSIC PRECIEUX – A gelded son of Spanish Moon to be ridden on debut by Tony Piccone
for trainer Mireille Desvaux. Outsider
9. LUCIANO MONTORIO – Yannick Fouin-trained Beaumec De Houelle newcomer to be ridden by
Perrine Cheyer. Best just to watch for now
10. SIR LOUIS – Aurélien Lemaitre rides this Brametot gelding on debut for N. George & A.
Zetterholm. Best just to watch for now

Summary : LE BUGISTE (4) caught the eye with an improved 4th at Angers in his second start
and, with further progress likely, is worth siding with here to register a first success. Both
WURFGEIST (3) and GOT LAND (1), after finishing 2nd last time, are not incapable of fighting for
victory if confirming their recent progress. LITTLE DRAGON (5) also has plenty room for
improvement after a pleasing debut 4th, so can’t be taken lightly either.

SELECTIONS
LE BUGISTE (4) – WURFGEIST (3) – GOT LAND (1) – PETIT DRAGON (5)

since. Best watched for now
4. TARCENAY – Consistent for the most part and enjoys racing at this Clairefontaine track. Not
taken lightly from a wide draw
5. LAKE NAIVASHA – Unreliable but seldom finishes far off the mark on a going day. Hard to trust

6. AGDUNE – Confirmed the improvement of her previous outing by winning last time but is not
likely to repeat the feat here under a 2,5kg penalty
7. KARYNIA – Consistent veteran mare in good form and physical condition. Should acquit herself
competitively here
8. MAGNETIQUE – Enjoys rain-affected tracks, so the arrival of the forecast rains will serve his
interests. Warrants the utmost respect

acquit herself competitively
10. FEDE GALIZIA – Consistent filly whose regularity cannot be ignored/underestimated. Ought to

at this level. Ignore

NIPPER (1) who, as a result, should be competitive here and could reconnect with success.
Veteran KARYNIA (7) has rediscovered form and consistency recently and is likely to be involved
again, along with stable companion MAGNETIQUE (8) who would also welcome any rain.
PRINCEDESCHAMPS (12), back after a short absence following a last-start 2nd, is another
potential winner. DOUVILLE (9) and TARCENAY (4) complete the shortlist.

SELECTIONS
NIPPER (1) – KARYNIA (7) – MAGNETIQUE (8) – PRINCEDESCHAMPS (12)

R8 – RENDEZ-VOUS LE MARDI 18 JUIN 2024 (PRIX DU LIEU BILL) – 2200m (a1 3/8m) – TURF – Divised Handicap – Flat – EUR € 23.000

8. INCA MAN – Rewarded for consistency with a last-start success and is not incapable of staking
a claim from his No 1 starting stall
9. THAT’S MY POWER – Has nothing noteworthy to his name to warrant any consideration here
so can be easily ruled out. Overlook
10. MARCELINE DESJY – Seldom finishes far off the mark and could get into the picture here but
has no more than a place chance from a wide gate
11. NOT SO SILLY – Has looked distinctly ordinary for some time now, so his chances are limited
even at this level. Ignore
12. PERROU – Unreliable but seldom finishes far off the mark on a going day. Hard to trust but is
as hard to rule out
13. MOTORSPORT – Was sidelined for a year before making an honorable comeback. Ought to
