3. EYE IN THE SKY – 6th on only run over 2500m in April. Will improve from that outing and can
make the frame

5. VRAIMENT BIEN – 7th on only run in a Class 2 race earlier this month over 2300m. Opposable
6. LOVEATFIRSTSIGHT – Unplaced in two runs, the latter over 2400m earlier this month. Should
know more now and give a better account
7. CAREGIVER – Nice 2nd on only run at Saint-Cloud in late May over 2400m. Leading chance
8. IDATEN – Unplaced last time in March, showed promise at two when 2nd over 2000m in
November. Can not be ruled out
9. FASCINATING YOU – Unplaced on only run so far over 2400m earlier this month. Others rate
higher
10. GARDE COTE – 3rd on the only outing so far over 2300m 19 days ago. Should progress for
that run but others preferred
11. LE BUGISTE – Newcomer by American Devil, stable runners warrant respect although can be
expected to improve for a run

Summary : EL PRO (4) has been running well without winning all season and has a good
opportunity to finally get off the mark today. CAREGIVER (7) will improve for a promising debut
when second at Saint-Cloud and could pose the biggest rival. SHERADANN (1) has shown signs
of ability in both runs and could be one to consider in the place market. IDATEN (8) is capable of
making an impact although he has been absent since a run in March so could improve for this run
and is one to watch closely.

SELECTIONS
EL PRO (4) – CAREGIVER (7) – SHERADANN (1) – IDATEN (8)

R2 – PRIX STYLE VENDOME – 2200m (a1 3/8m) – TURF – Condition Race – Maiden – Flat – EUR € 22.000

beat
3. BLUE SHADE – 4th on her latest flat run over 2150m in January. 3rd on hurdle debut in April
over 3300m. Others preferred
4. GALWAY – Not seen since a 5th over 1500m at Saint-Cloud in October. Might need this run for
fitness
5. PARTNUN – Two 2nd placed efforts so far the latest over 2400m 25 days ago. Can make the
frame
6. PUERTA DEL SOL – Two unplaced runs so far, the latter over 2000m. One to watch for the
future
7. VELINGARA – Newcomer by Myboycharlie, can be expected to give a good account on debut.
Market support should be noted

Summary : Back into calmer waters today after a good run when fourth in a Group 3 race last time
TYGRESS (2) can get her deserved win. She was given a lot to do when second at Compiegne
two outings ago when ridden from the rear and the winner got first run on her. ANDRASTE (1) will
also appreciate the drop in grade after a fair effort in the Prix de Malleret (Gr.2) last time and will
make things difficult for her rivals. PARTNUN (5) has two second-placed efforts so far and may
well have to settle for a place position again. VELINGARA (7) makes up the shortlist.

SELECTIONS
TYGRESS (2) – ANDRASTE (1) – PARTNUN (5) – VELINGARA (7)

R3 – PRIX DE LA FORET D’ARQUES – 2200m (a1 3/8m) – TURF – Condition Race Qualifier – Class 4 – Flat – EUR € 16.000

Among the top chances
3. CHEESE – Unplaced latest two runs, 2nd before that over 1800m in late May. Ought to be
involved
4. BAIONA – 4th last time over 2000m on August 11th. Has won over 2200m before and will like
the return to the same trip today
5. KILIA – Three unplaced runs of late, the latter over 2000m at Vichy 27 days ago. Others more
appealing
6. FERNOBOY – Unplaced on only run in 2023 in January over 2600m. Might need this outing for
fitness
7. ZOOM CHOP – Good return run after 9 months away from the track when 2nd in late July. Live
chance
8. LA YOMOGUINESS – 3rd two runs back over 2300m at Durtal in April. Has a bit to find but can
make the frame
9. MYDAVI – Non Runner
10. PREMIERE ETOILE – Fair 2nd last time over 2000m on August 11th. Merits consideration

Summary : BREATH OF FIRE (1) scored last time in a claimer 15 days ago at Clairefontaine and
will be hard to beat here. ZOOM CHOP (7) will be sharper for a run at the end of July as he had
not been seen for 9 months prior to that. He looks like the main threat. NIGHTDANCE MAN (2)
fluffed his lines last time but was a good second before that and can make the frame. CHEESE (3)
can blow hot and cold, he has solid each-way claims if in the right frame of mind as he has slipped
to a favourable mark.

SELECTIONS
BREATH OF FIRE (1) – ZOOM CHOP (7) – NIGHTDANCE MAN (2) – CHEESE (3)

and is in the mix
2. MARZOUK – Nice 2nd over 2000m last time at Vichy 10 days ago. Sets the standard
3. MALLEOLUS – Fair debut 4th over 1800m at the end of June. Can step forward from that and
play a lead role
4. ADWAN – Four unplaced runs of late, 3rd before that when trained in the UK. Best watched
5. DALAKHOV – Has been running over hurdles of late, last ran on the flat in December when
unplaced. Opposable
6. LIGHT UP THE MOON – 5th on only run so far at La Teste over 2000m in late July. Place chance
7. SISTER JADE – 5th on only run over 1600m at Vittel in mid-July. Others make more sense
8. BAILEYS STARLIGHT – 5th last time over 1600m 27 days ago. Needs plenty of progress to
feature
9. LIFE OF JOY – Out of the frame on only run over 2400m 18 days ago. Others make more sense
10. SKATHI – Fair 4th over 2000m at Vichy last time in mid-July. Can not be ruled out
11. INARO – Newcomer by Camacho, the stable runners usually need a run or two for education.
Vulnerable
12. LADY WINDERMERE – Newcomer by Lawman, decent debut can be expected of this filly.
Market can guide

Summary : MARZOUK (2) has been threatening to win on more than one occasion, this could be
his best chance so far. MALLEOLUS (3) shaped well on debut when fourth over 1800m. He can
improve a good deal for that outing and is in the mix. CLIMATE CHANGE (1) is one that looks as
though he will get better with experience, he should also appreciate the extra 200m today. SKATHI
(10) could be the best of the fillies in the line-up, she drops back in trip today and can have a say
in proceedings.

SELECTIONS
MARZOUK (2) – MALLEOLUS (3) – CLIMATE CHANGE (1) – SKATHI (10)

R5 – PRIX DE LA PORTE DE TOURELLES – 1800m (a1 1/8m) – TURF – Claiming Handicap – Class 4 – Flat – EUR € 16.000

chances
2. AKHATIYI – 4th two runs ago over 2000m at Vichy in mid-July. Can not be overlooked
3. RACING GLORY – 4th in a Class 3 handicap two runs ago over 1800m in mid-July. Live chance
4. ON Y VA – Fair 2nd last time over 1800m at Saint-Malo 12 days ago. Can make the frame
5. NIPPER – Has had three runs in almost two years. Won in 2021 over 2000m. Best watched
6. TORIANO – 2nd last time in a claimer over 2000m at Mauron 16 days ago. Has work to do
7. GOLFING STAR – 6th last time over 1900m at Deauville on August 12th. Can make an impact

Summary : In a very ordinary claimer RACING GLORY (3) has a golden opportunity to get back
into the winners enclosure. He is well ahead on ratings and is favourably weighted. GOLFING
STAR (7) is likely to give the selection most to think about although he is rated 4.5 kg lower in the
ratings and will need a personal best to score. VESINABA (1) knows how to win but may prefer an
artificial surface to be at his very best. AKHATIYI (2) is capable on her day and will get every
assistance from Mickael Barzalona.

SELECTIONS
RACING GLORY (3) – GOLFING STAR (7) – VESINABA (1) – AKHATIYI (2)

R6 – PRIX DES ATELIERS DJSL BOIS (PRIX DU QUEBEC) – 1400m (a7f) – TURF – Handicap – Class 4 – Flat – EUR € 18.000

1. GOLD PLAYER – 6th last time at Vittel over 1600m in early July. Among the leading chances
2. SALSA CHIC – Three unplaced runs but won before that over 1400m in May. Can not be
overlooked
3. LA FLACA – Unplaced last two runs, the latest over 1400m 9 days ago. Looks unlikely
4. DANDY COOL – Won two runs ago over 1400m in late July. Can make the frame at nice odds
5. PRINCE DES DUNES – Won last time over 1500m at Deauville 12 days ago in a Class 4
handicap. In the mix
6. JOYEUSE DE ROMAY – Fair 4th three runs ago over 1600m at Vittel in July. Can make presence
felt

thereabouts

to get back on track
14. COVADONGA – Four unplaced runs the latest over 1400m in early July at Chantilly. Makes
limited appeal
15. RIVERET – Has five unplaced runs since a win in January over 1500m. Can be avoided

Summary : JOYEUSE DE ROMAY (6) could be the answer to this race. She has a favourable
draw and is suited by 1400m. Despite carrying top-weight GOLD PLAYER (1) will be involved at
the business end. GLORIOUS BAY (8) has a nice racing weight and although it has been a while
since he won he is possibly the best each-way option. PRINCE DES DUNES (5) has gone up after
a recent win at Deauville 12 days ago and can once again give a good account of himself.

SELECTIONS
JOYEUSE DE ROMAY (6) – GOLD PLAYER (1) – GLORIOUS BAY (8) – PRINCE DES
DUNES (5)
