1. LADIES LAW – Ignore last run, finished 2nd over 1600m at Nantes last month. Good chance
on that basis
2. O’CARBALLO – Has caught the attention in both starts and is the horse to beat. Finished 4th
over 2000m a Mont-De-Marsan last time. Win
3. MRS PINK – She is off form and hard to fancy. Cn easily be passed over for now
4. ARIANE – Has raced in Listed company before and has fair overall form. Won at Pau three
starts back. Big runner in this class
5. DABIRADJA – She won her penultimate at this course over 1200m and followed that up with a
staying on 3rd. A must for all bets. Strong chance
6. IMAGINE CHOP – Holding form, can build on last two efforts and must be taken seriously here
7. WYSPER – Would be a surprise winner based on form. Happy to ignore from all bets
8. AL ET CHOP – Winner at Toulouse in March but has been fair since then. Chance despite
being an outsider
9. CHAPELIER – Fair last two efforts but is still a maiden. Finished 5th at Dax last time over
1200m. Strong place chance
10. PEYRASSOL – Finished 7th in local debut and can build on that. Interesting runner but others
preferred for the win
11. KIVERING – Interesting runner. Caught the eye on debut when 4th at Bouscat last year.
Makes her 2023 debut and could place if not needing it
12. RECORD ME BELLE – Finished 4th at Castera-Verduza over 1700m last time but much more
needed for the win

Summary : O’CARBALLO (2) has run two very attractive and encouraging races thus far and is
the one they all have to get past. DABIRADJA (5) was last a winner two runs back at this course
and must be taken very seriously. LADIES LAW (1) can build on her last run and should be in the
shake up. Her penultimate start was good. ARIANE (4) contested a Listed race in February but
never shone last time. She can build on those recent efforts and is a must for the quartet.

SELECTIONS
O’CARBALLO (2) – DABIRADJA (5) – LADIES LAW (1) – ARIANE (4)

R2 – PRIX DU BOIS DE BOULOGNE – 1400m (a7f) – TURF – Condition Race – Class 3 – Flat – EUR € 15.000

1. PASSALITO – Finished 3rd at Angers three starts back and has been consistent since. Can be
expected to build on recent 5th at Vichy. Big runner
2. GALILODGE – Has run two very good local races and has strong each way claims
3. SILVER SILENT – Has placed in her last three and should again be right there at the finish.
Strong claims
4. MEC PLUS ULTRA – Has not been too far off the action and plenty of improvement could still
be on the cards
5. ELUSIVE FOOT – Has a bright chance of going one better on his last run when finishing 2nd
over 1200m at Aix-Les-Bains last month. The horse to beat
6. ROMANTIC MOON – An outsider that can build on her last run which was at this track.
Finished 2nd at Toulouse before that. Outside place chance
7. GOLONDRINA – A daughter of Cat Junior out of a Gone West mare. Watch the betting trends
with regard to her chances
8. SHAMASUN – Was a winner three starts back but recent runs do little to inspire confidence.
Outside chance

Summary : ELUSIVE FOOT (5) is a five time winner, has a competitive rating and ran a cracker
last time finishing second. He can go one better. PASSALITO (1) is consistent and holding form.
He should make his presence felt in a huge way. GALILODGE (2) has caught the eye in both
local starts and it would be no surprise if he went on to win this. SILVER SILENT (3) is running
well and is a must for all bets.

SELECTIONS
ELUSIVE FOOT (5) – PASSALITO (1) – GALILODGE (2) – SILVER SILENT (3)

R3 – PRIX A. DETROYAT – 1400m (a7f) – TURF – Claiming – Flat – EUR € 12.500

1. DABASIR – Needs to build on two efforts thus far and can certainly do that. Outside place
chance at best
2. JUBBAH – Has plenty of scope to improve on debut 9th at La-Teste over 1400m last month.
Good each way chance
3. BONNY LOVE – Has plenty of scope to build on local debut when finishing 4th over 1400m at
Mont-De-Marsan. Outsider worth respecting for the placings
4. SILVY – Will need to build on average debut. Prefer others for the win and place positions.
Pass by
5. STAR PAREILLE – Won on debut but has been average since. Might be able to build on post
maiden form but is an outsider
6. GARDEN CHOP – Has shown some ability, finished 5th over 1400m at his last race and can
get into the quartet. Respect and include
7. LAUFE CHOP – Seldom too far off the winners and is lightly raced. More can be expected from
him and is one for the shortlist
8. AVEC ELEGANCE – Ran a cracker on debut finishing 2nd over 1000m but has dissapointed
since. Can bounce back to best. Strong place claims
9. GARMI – Has finished 6th and 7th in only two runs, both at La Teste over 1400m and huge
improvement can be expected. The firm first choice
10. AURORE BOREALE – Has placed three times from five races and should get it all right soon.
Good place chance

Summary : GARMI (9) has only raced twice thus far and has been far from disgraced in both
events. She more than likely has a lot more to offer and if this is the case, then she can go close
to getting it all right today. JUBBAH (2) finished 9th on debut and with natural improvement,
should build on that to get very much closer now. AVEC ELEGANCE (8) showed some ability
when placing on debut but never built on that. If we forgive her last two efforts, then she could
certainly bounce right back to best and earn again. AURORE BOREALE (10) can be included in
the quartet.

SELECTIONS
GARMI (9) – JUBBAH (2) – AVEC ELEGANCE (8) – AURORE BOREALE (10)

R4 – PRIX F. DUCASSOU – 1400m (a7f) – TURF – Condition Race – Maiden – Flat – EUR € 17.000

1. DANCE AHEAD – Finished 6th at Dax over 1200m most recently and can build on overall form.
First three chance
2. JACKADI – Will have strong claims based on encouraging debut late last year but needs to
build on two runs since then. Hard to assess
3. TWINING TIME – Has shown very little in both starts and would be a surprise winner. Can be
ignored
4. RARIYDA – Caught the eye on debut when 3rd at Tarbes over 1500m and with natural
improvement, should be difficult to beat
5. KHAMALGANE – Has scope to improve on debut at Compiegne over 1600m. Expect more
and include
6. GOOD’ID – She is improving with racing and posted her best effort to date last time when 4th
at this venue over 1400m. Big chance
7. BRIDGE WATER – Has been racing in Great Britain and could make her presence felt in local
debut. Do not dismiss
8. ESPINACO – Has his first day at school, is a son of Cat Junior and might need the run. Watch
the betting
9. ALWAYS ON TIME – A son of Time Test out of a Kitten’s Joy mare that could be absolutely
anything

Summary : RARIYDA (4) caught the eye on debut and really made an impression when 3rd at
Tarbes. She is nicely bred and could prove very difficult to oppose. GOOD’ID (6) is improving with
racing and should go close to getting it all right very soon, if not today. DANCE AHEAD (1) can
finish in the first four and JACKADI (2) can build on his two recent runs and is a must for the
quartet.

SELECTIONS
RARIYDA (4) – GOOD’ID (6) – DANCE AHEAD (1) – JACKADI (2)

R5 – PRIX BOUES THERMALES – GRAND DAX – 2300m (a1 7/16m) – TURF – Handicap – Flat – EUR € 20.000

1. OZALEE – Only had three starts thus far, won penultimate and finished 7th at La-Teste over
2200m more recently. Hard to assess but could place
2. PIANINO – Currently in solid, winning form, was a victor at this track over 2100m in June and
more recently, 2nd at Mont-De-Marsan. Strong win chance
3. ANGEL CHARLY – She has placed 4 times from as little as 5 starts and can be expected to be
a huge danger in this
4. GERMINAL – Overall form is very good, won his penultimate at Aix-Les-Bains over 2500m and
rates a serious threat. One for the shortlist
5. KHANSA – Impressed recently when winning over 2100m at this course in July. Has strong
claims again and must be respected
6. SUPERIOR BEAUTY – Finished 4th at this course in July then went to race in Spain. Hard to
assess. Outside place chance at best
7. SANBER – Holding form well, is honest and can never be ignored from any bets. Strong each
way claims
8. AKINOOS – Ran an attractive 2nd over 2300m last time, here at Dax and can go one better.
Strong contender
9. GREEN PERFUME – Knows this course well but seems a to be limited. Include in larger
quartet perms but do prefer others
10. ARRUNDEL – Lightly raced filly and might still have improvement to offer. Is an outsider but
certainly not completely out of it. Value choice

Summary : PIANINO (2) has won two out of his last four and looks set to continue on winning
ways. AKINOOS (8) has a fifty percent career place strike rate and must be taken seriously and
included in most bets. KHANSA (5) was a recent winner at this course and if were to follow up, it
would be no shock at all. SANBER (7) has solid, consistent overall form and a bright chance in
this to boot.

SELECTIONS
PIANINO (2) – AKINOOS (8) – KHANSA (5) – SANBER (7)

R6 – PRIX ALPHONSE CAMPET – 2300m (a1 7/16m) – TURF – Claiming Handicap – Class 4 – Flat – EUR € 12.000

1. CAPARICA – She is an eight time winner but needs to build on last three runs. An outsider with
a small place chance
2. DOWN TOWN – She will have a bright chance based on overall form but her most recent 3rd
here at Dax over 2100m is even more appealing. Good chance
3. GEORGIA – Ran an excellent race in July at Vichy finishing 3rd over 2400m and has a good
chance here
4. COBRECES – Hard to assess but on best efforts seen thus far can make his presence felt.
5. A BETTER WORLD – Was a winner three starts back but does have a tad to find on form since
then. Not out of it for the minor money but do prefer others
6. AICHE DE BRETEL – She will have a bright chance based on solid 2nd at Angers three runs
back but needs to build on current Handicap efforts.
7. ABASTO – Taking time to win and others will be much the stronger. Hard to fancy
8. PATCHOU – Ran well last time at Pompadour over 2300m finishing 3rd however a tad more
needed for the win
9. AL IMPACT – Would be a surprise winner, small place chance but happy to ignore
10. CAMARINES – His first run locally was encouraging but thereafter non-inspiring. Happy to
ignore
11. LILAS DE FRANCE – She is taking forever to get it all right again, is off form and others are
preferred
12. IZANA BERE – Has finished 2nd in her last two starts and looks cherry ripe for the victory.
One 2nd came at Tarbes in April and the other at Dax in May

Summary : IZANA BERE (12) is knocking loudly at the door, brings a rating of 27,5 into the race
and gets the services of Fabrice Veron. They are the confident first selection. AICHE DE BRETEL
(6) was a winner four starts back, then followed that up with an encouraging 2nd at Agen. Her two
runs since have been a let down but she can be forgiven for that and could get right back to near
best. GEORGIA (3) is a five time winner and one that can never be dismissed from any bets.
Chance.

SELECTIONS
IZANA BERE (12) – AICHE DE BRETEL (6) – COBRECES (4) – GEORGIA (3)

R7 – PRIX GENERAL J. COURREGES – 2100m (a1 5/16m) – TURF – Condition Race – Flat – EUR € 20.000

1. SI YOU SOON AA – He has shown some promise having placed five from five but the win still
eludes him. Trifecta and quartet inclusion
2. BAND JO AA – Small chance on penultimate 2nd at this course over 2100m but overall form
needs improvement. Outsider
3. HINDLYLA AA – Won on debut at Ronan, then followed up with a 4th at Mont-De-Marsan over
2150m last month. The one to beat
4. KING DE TANUES AA – He has run twice and placed twice, progressive and should win soon.
Big chance
5. SIDJY AA – She has run well in all five starts and despite being one of the longer shots in the
race, can place
6. KOALA AA – Improved at the second time of asking and more than likely can build on finishing
2nd over 2200m last time. Each way claims
7. HAWKINS AA – Could run well on debut but it is advisable to keep watch on the market trends
and follow that
8. LA RUIZA AA – She ran an absolute cracker on debut finishing 2nd over 2150m at Mont-De-
Marsan and can win
9. FALSTAFF DU PECOS AA – Is improving and learning what racing is all about. Good 2nd over
2400m last time and can go one better. Strong claims
10. KALY DE LA BRUNIE AA – She won at Cazaubon over 2200m last month and could be
anything. Expect a serious challenge. Strong contender
11. KALINKA LABOUEYRIE AA – She makes her debut and could run well but likely to be an
outsider that could need the run

Summary : HINDLYLA (3) looks very progressive and talented and rates the one they all have to
fear the most. LA RUIZA (8) ran an absolute blinder first up and with natural improvement, can
win. FALSTAFF DU PECOS (9) is improving with racing and quickly too. Should not be a maiden
for too much longer and KALY DE LA BRUNIE (10) won cozily last time and could be absolutely
anything. Expect a big effort.

SELECTIONS
HINDLYLA AA (3) – LA RUIZA AA (8) – FALSTAFF DU PECOS AA (9) – KALY DE LA
BRUNIE AA (10)

R8 – PRIX G. DE VILLATOYA – 2100m (a1 5/16m) – TURF – Handicap – Class 4 – Flat – EUR € 14.000

1. CHIEF OF STALL – He showed up much better last time when 3rd at La-Teste over 2400m
and must be taken very seriously on that effort alone. Bright chance
2. JIMOON DE BOZOULS – Has run two good races and two bad races, hard to assess and can
be ignored for now
3. BURNING EMOTION – She is holding form and has caught the eye in her last two starts.
Finished 4th over 2100m at this venue last time. Winning selection
4. ORRI – Finished 3rd at this course last time and could get into the money again but others
could be too strong for the win
5. CULTURE – Will need to find a bit more to threaten here but could get into the back end of the
quartet at good odds
6. L’ARCHET – Was a winner, here at Dax last time and if he were to follow up, it would be no
shock at all. Big runner
7. SAVILE ROW – An impressive winner three runs back over 2100m at Saint-Cloud and can
build on last two efforts. Strong each way chance

9. AGAMEMNON – He has run some very attractive races but needs to build on last few runs.
Place chance at best
10. DANN – He must be respected based on good penultimate 3rd at Mont-De-Marsan over 2000.
One for the shortlist
11. TUNDRA – Must be respected on her positive penultimate run when 2nd at Dax over 2300m.
She then finished 6th after that. Obvious chance
12. TREMONT – He finished 4th at Dax over 2300m last time and can build on that to get much
closer. Outsider with a chance
13. QUEEN LIBERTY – She cannot be selected on current, very below par form. Pass by
14. LOUVE DANCER – Placed in penultimate but a lot more needed to threaten here and can be
ignored

Summary : BURNING EMOTION (3) comes out of the Henderson yard and is currently in good
form. She looks ready to get it all right now and is therefore the firm first choice. CHIEF OF
STALL (1) is taking time to win again but in saying that, pops up and runs some very attractive
races. He should be right there at the finish. SAVILE ROW (7) won three starts back at Saint-
Cloud and is a must for most bets and TUNDRA (11) can be forgiven for her last start. She is a
massive runner in this contest.

SELECTIONS                                                                                                                      BURNING EMOTION (3) – CHIEF OF STALL (1) – SAVILE ROW (7) – TUNDRA (11)
