win

May 26th. Player
4. COME SAY HI – Recent 4th at this track over 2000m 11 days ago. Needs a bit more to make
the frame

few too good

on track
7. AFGHANY – Has four unplaced efforts of late, a winner before those over 1500m in February.
Looks vulnerable
8. BANKSY – Out of the frame on the last two runs, but won before that over 1400m at Nancy in
early April. Looks safely held

impact

Summary : Narrowly beaten at this track when third over 2000m last time PEGASUS (2) although
not having won for some time, has a good chance of getting his head back in front. INATTENDU
(3) is a winner at this track last July over 1600m and could pose the main threat. LE DUC (11) was
a recent winner over 400m further at Rostrenen last month and is one for all of the place bet
permutations. VESINABA (10) can not be overlooked and warrants respect.

SELECTIONS
PEGASUS (2) – INATTENDU (3) – LE DUC (11) – VESINABA (10)

R2 – PRIX DES NEUF FONTAINES – 1600m (a1m) – TURF – Condition Race – Newcomers – Flat – EUR € 27.000

1. LITTLE ITALY – Newcomer by Wootton Bassett, the dam was a winner. Market best guide for
expected performance
2. TUARI – Unraced by Dream Ahead, the dam was unraced. Stable not known for first-time out
winners, any market support should be noted
3. NASCENT – Newcomer by Kingman, the dam never ran. From a good stable that produces
plenty of first-time out winners. Good run anticipated, Market support should be noted
4. DOULAMA – Very well bred filly by Kingman, the dam was a Group 1 winner and has bred a
Group 3 winner. Bold show likely
5. TYGRESS – Newcomer by Kingman, out of a Group 1 winning mare. Fabre trained and could be
very useful. Player
6. RECOLETA – Newcomer by Recoletos, the dam was a maiden. Best watched on debut run, any
market influence should be noted
7. OLGA GOLD – Newcomer by Reliable Man, the dam was a winner. May improve for the debut
run. Market best guide for clues
8. MILLE DREAMS – Unraced Dream Ahead filly the dam was placed. Nice run expected. Any
market support should be noted
9. SVENYA – Newcomer by Tamayuz, the dam was a winner in the Listed class in Germany. The
market best guide for clues

Summary : Some nicely bred newcomers line up for this event, none more so than DOULAMA (4)
whose dam was a top-class filly winning at Group 1 level and this filly’s half-brother was a winner
of a Group 3 race over 1600m. She could be the best option. TYGRESS (5) is very similar, by
Kingman out of a top-class mare who won at Group 1 level. Trained by the maestro Andre Fabre
she can make her rivals work hard. NASCENT (3) is another daughter of Kingman and could be
one to watch closely. MILLE DREAMS (8) is also worth a look in the betting exchanges.

SELECTIONS
DOULAMA (4) – TYGRESS (5) – NASCENT (3) – MILLE DREAMS (8)

over 1900m at Chantilly. Can have a say

October. Might benefit from today’s run
6. LOLIWOOD – Good 4th two runs back in a Listed race over 1400m on May 18th. Useful on her
day
7. BABY GLORY – Has not raced since November 2022 when a winner at Chantilly over 1800m in
a handicap. Might be out of her depth

the shake-up

Summary : Quite an open-looking Class 2 race with LOLIWOOD (6) taking a drop-down in class
from a nice fourth in a Listed race two starts ago over 1400m at Parislongchamp, she could be
good enough to win. SUN FLARE (8) can not be discounted, she was sixth on her latest outing in
the same race as LOLIWOOD (6) was fourth in, and has to be in the shake-up. TITANIUM (1) has
been supplemented for this race and can be expected to give a good account of himself. SHINNING
OCEAN (2) also makes the shortlist.

SELECTIONS
LOLIWOOD (6) – SUN FLARE (8) – TITANIUM (1) – SHINNING OCEAN (2)

contender
10. ANGEL GUIDANCE – Newcomer by Mastercraftsman, the dam was a winner. Fabre trained
and could give a good show on debut. The market best guide for clues

Summary : A good second two starts ago over 2000m at Saint-Cloud in a maiden HASAPIKO (6)
looks like the answer to this event. BUBBLE SIGN (9) looks like the main rival, she ran a nice race
at Parislongchamp when second in late April and looks ready to win. ANDRASTE (1) could be the
fly in the ointment, she was a good third at Saint-Cloud on her debut when not given a hard time
and has plenty of scope to improve from that, she is sure to be involved. ANGEL GUIDANCE (10)
from the Fabre yard has to be taken seriously, any market moves for her need attention.

SELECTIONS

28th. Has work to do
17. VULCANIO – Good 2nd at Montlucon on the latest run over 1700m in early-May. Ought to be
in the shake-up

Summary : MELBORA (2) arrives in a rich vein of form and could well get a hat-trick of wins. She
was a 2L winner at Saint-Cloud from what could once again be her main rival in CAMELOT SONG
(8) who was second that day and is better off at the weights today, closely followed is COSMO
BEAU (10) who was 1L further back in the Saint-Cloud handicap in third and is one for the eachway players. QUARTZ DU HOULEY (4) showed plenty when third on her most recent run and also
enters calculations.

over 1800m at this course in May. Good chance
8. LEMPIRA – Finished 5th on debut in April over 2100m at Parislongchamp and should have plenty
more to offer
