1. GAVIAL – Fair form of late. Only win was at this course over 1400m on debut. Steps up in
distance but could be the right one.
2. TRITON – A three time winner in Spain. Has done much better there than in France but is distance
suited and could finish in the money.

and dropped to a claimer could be the surprise package.
4. BOMHAL – A four-year-old gelding by Shamalgan out of Boreade who is making his debut. Likely
to need the experience and others are preferred.
5. EL INGRATO – Fit and usually does well in claimers but is on a long losing streak. Not one to
back for win purposes but can earn some more money.
6. BATTLE OF THE NILE – Only win so far was in the UK in 2021. Fair form in claimers but is
returning from a break so fitness needs to be taken on trust. Place chance.
7. CALLIOPE – Needed only start of the year when fifth. Likes this course and won two handicaps
in 2022 here. Should fight out the finish.
8. ALMERIAC – Best recent run was fourth in claimer at this course. On a long losing streak and
more is needed to win. Might place.

to win this race.
10. PASTICHOP – Disappointing last run at Toulouse. Knows how to win and did so on the PSF in
penultimate start. Unreliable but capable of earning some money.

Summary : GAVIAL (1) won here on debut and although having trouble getting another win the
step up in distance could help. CALLIOPE (7) clearly like this course and should be a lively danger.
FLY D’ASPE (3) drops to a claimer and should be considered a possible winner. TRITON (2) does
his winning in Spain but has shown enough in France to deserve some respect.

SELECTIONS

has a chance. BARIZ (1) also has wins in Italy and also some fair French form and is not out of it.

this distance last time out. Should make a bold bid.

does have a winning chance.

was over the course and distance. Fair form since and has a place chance.

course and distance and is not out of it.

Summary : A competitive looking race. KAURI CLIFFS (2) is in good form but may be stretched

at the finish once again. JYCROIS BELLEVUE (5) can improve over this longer distance and is the
joker in the pack. WINMAN IN GREY (7) is proven over this distance and is another with a winning
chance.

and needs to confirm that on the grass. AL FAISAL (2) was in good form before a break and if fit

the PSF and probably prefers that surface these days.
2. BEYOND MY DREAMS – On a long losing streak but his last two runs have been promising and
he has a winning chance in this line-up.
3. SUPER CUTE – Form has regressed since winning a handicap off a much higher mark and runs
this year have been particularly poor.
4. JUSTE BERE – Last win was a claimer in 2021 but two recent runs werefair and could play a

a few lengths to win this race.

Summary : FORCE CAT (10) did well when runner-up in a handicap last time out and can go one
better this time. BEYOND MY DREAMS (2) is in good heart and will be a danger. The last run of
HONG KONG STAR (5) can safely be ignored and she is quite capable of winning a race like this.

minor money.

SELECTIONS
FORCE CAT (10) – BEYOND MY DREAMS (2) – HONG KONG STAR (5) – MAMA JUANA (8)

R7 – PRIX YVES SAINT-MARTIN – 1600m (a1m) – TURF – Condition Race – Class 2 – Flat – EUR € 27.000

1. TITANIUM – Consistent and Finished a good 3rd on his reappearance and with any improvement

2. AIGLE VAILLANT – Absent since an easy win back in November but is capable of playing a role
on his return with the ground likely to suit.
3. LIKE MAGIC – Unplaced in both starts but still unexposed and open to improvement. Could
sneak into the picture.
4. ROUGEGARDE – Arrives in fit and in form after winning 3 of his last 4 starts, albeit at a lower
level. Place chance.
5. FULL PRECIEUX – Undeniably capable but has gone off the boil racing on both surfaces.Must
reaffirm.
6. AMEDRAS – Consistent for the most part and proven at this level. Warrants respect with Maxime
Guyon engaged to ride.
7. CELESTIN – Makes his comeback under very favorable weight conditions so capable of posing
a threat.
8. BLUE STARS – Won 2 of 3 starts in 2021 but failed to build on that promise during a winless
2022. Watch for now.

Summary : After a good comeback run in a quality field, TITANIUM (1) ought to build on that 3rd
place finish and return to winning ways on his track debut at Fontainebleau. However, he’ll need to
be on his A-game to thwart the likely challenge of top-rated CELESTIN (7) who is favourably on
these weight terms. AMEDRAS (6), with Maxime Guyon in the irons, and last-start winners AIGLE
VAILLANT (2) and ROUGEGARDE (4) complete the shortlist.

SELECTIONS
TITANIUM (1) – CELESTIN (7) – AMEDRAS (6) – AIGLE VAILLANT (2)

R8 – PRIX DE L’HIPPODROME DE RAMBOUILLET (PRIX DE LARCHANT) – 3000m (a1 7/8m) – TURF – Divised Handicap – Class 3 – Flat – EUR € 22.000

4. CHARLIMIX – Not at his best in his last 2 starts and is drawn very wide here. Best watched for
now.
5. MONTE CINTO – Has won and finished twice in 3 starts at this track recently and should be
involved again. On the shortlist.
6. THINDY – Well-performed veteran with 15 wins to his name but is erratic and seldom runs 2
races the same. Could surprise.
7. SADARAK – Seldom finishes far off the mark and has caught the eye in recent outings. Keep
safe.
8. MAESTRO CHOP – Confirmed recent improvement with a last-start victory and run well at this
course too. Include.

Needs to show more.

for.
12. LA GALOPINE – Has looked distinctly ordinary for some time, so her chances are limited,
Overlook.
13. MY DARLING – Has been in good form on the turf and PSF recently but remains without a win
and is not likely to change her ways here.
14. REBEL QUEEN – Nothing noteworthy to her name for a considerable period and can be ruled
out.
15. IRISH RAMBO – Made an encouraging winning comeback at this track and could have more to
offer despite a resultant penalty. Respect.
16. FEEDESREVES – Disappointing in her last start but is better than that run suggests. Worth
another chance for an in-form stable.
17. HEAVEN’S DREAM – Has been struggling for some time now and is unlikely to trouble the
judge.

Summary : MONTE CINTO (5) lines up here after 3 excellent showings at this course and should
once again fight for victory. MAESTRO CHOP (8) is also in good form and at ease on this track so
likely to be involved in the finish. IRISH RAMBO (15) won so easily on his reappearance that a
2,5kg penalty is unlikely to prevent him from playing a leading role too. SADARAK (7) and
FEEDESREVES (16)are not discounted.

SELECTIONS
MONTE CINTO (5) – MAESTRO CHOP (8) – IRISH RAMBO (15) – SADARAK (7)
