Making his local debut after a change in trainer should spark improvement. GLOBAL FORCE did not show much when fifth on debut but did a lot better in his second start and should go close to winning. WATCH TOWER ran below his form when chasing home his stable companion last time and should contest the finish once again. Watch the betting on the newcomers.

Race Summary: GREEN FALCON does not always show his best side. Blinkers are back on for his local debut and he should be right there at the finish in this weak field. UNCLE TICKY BIRD was not disgraced when third on local debut. He is likely to be smarter this time and has a winning chance. SETTLE THE DUST was not disgraced on the Polytrack last time out and can earn some more. SIBERIAN FOX was well beaten on the Polytrack last time around after some good runs on the turf. HAMLET returns from a break and a change of trainer and could earn some money.

Race Summary: A weak race and we may have to go wide to survive the exotics in this leg. SASSY is consistent without winning. She joins a trainer who has made a very promising start to her career so SASSY could be the right one. MINSTREL GALLERY let her supporters down with a poor performance last time. She was doing well before that run so has to be given a winning chance. DREAM STAR has some fair form and is not out of it. TEARDROP disappointed last time out but has changed trainers since then and deserves respect.

Race Summary: A small field but a very interesting race. ZIG ZAG is in good heart and although he is best when given a strong early gallop so he can run at them late. He can win a race like this. MHLABENI returned to form with another good run in his latest start. He tries a lot further but if given a soft lead he may make all. KING’S CRUSADE is very consistent but does appear a hard ride to win with. YOU KNOW WHO and unreliable but capable JACOB’S LADDER also hold a winning chances.

Race Summary: Another tough race as many can win in this big-field handicap. MASTERS QUEEN usually gives of her best but is badly draw. WILDEST DREAMS was very consistent before a modest last run and is capable of better. RESPECTABLE MISS hinted at a form return after an improved last run. CAPE BOUQUET proved in need of her local debut and should do a lot better this time. NAME OF THE GAME will like this longer distance and trainer Tara Laing is in good form. MAIDEN’S COVE does not always show her best side but is capable of winning if in the mood.

Race Summary: A small field but a cracking race. PORT LOUIS is best weighted and has already won a similar race earlier this season. He was slightly disappointing last time out but could bounce back to win this race. KING REGENT started off his career with some nice wins and has been consistent since then. He will be doing his best work at the finish and must be respected. PERFECTION is on the up and was full of running to win his latest start. If the handicapper has his sums right PERFECTION has his work cut out to win it but one is not so sure they are right. It will be a surprise if any of the other four runners win.

Race Summary: The ride of CLIFF TOP allowed his rival on Cruise Control too much rope last time out and couldn’t reel him in. CLIFF TOP is much better suited to this 1200m and looks the right one to resume his winning ways. The biggest threats to the Alan Greeff-trained sprinter are SAFE RETURN and COUNTDOWN. There was only 1.15 lengths between those two runners last time out at Kenilworth. SAFE RETURN has changed trainer since then and could turn the tables. COUNTDOWN is very speedy and if allowed a soft lead will be a danger. PHEDRA might make it tough for him though as she is also very fast, and this could set it up nicely for CLIFF TOP.

Race Summary: The usual tough last race. CARBONADO returned to form with a nice win last time out. The filly she beat is classy and it will not be a surprise were she to follow up. RIMAAH is improving and was not all disgraced when chasing home a decent filly last time out and could go one better. FLAME FLOWER has been disappointing of late but could pop up in a place. CHERE FOR ME has yet to fire this season but from the gun draw could pop up. HEARTSEASE has been consistent of late and could earn more money. DAME OF FLAMES is coming off a good run and could play a minor role.
