T See (pictured), the rider of LAKSANA, pleaded guilty to a charge under MRA Rule 44(6) in that whilst riding LAKSANA in Race 5 at the Singapore Turf Club Meeting on Sunday, 15 August 2021, over the final four strides of the event, he failed to ride his mount out when in contention for second position.
When deciding on penalty, the Stewards took into account his record, guilty plea and the nature of the charge.
Jockey T See was suspended from riding in races with effect from Monday, 16 August 2021 to Monday, 15 November 2021 both dates inclusive (a period of three months) and was advised of his Right of Appeal.
