Drops in distance which is a concern but there is no doubt in her ability. Zoubareva (FR) Ran well when fourth in a Handicap over 1800m at this course on 31 January. Coming back to form and she did have some good runs over this distance earlier in her career. Black Panther (FR) Disappointed when eleventh in a Handicap over 1400m at Deauville on 7 February. However, she ran third over this course and distance on 27 December and had both.
RACE 6: DE LA ROUTE DU MILIEU HANDICAP (FIBRESAND TRACK) (FROM CHANTILLY RACE 2) – 1600M – TIME: 21:00 PRIZE MONEY: EUR20200
Proletariat (FR) A reasonable seventh in a Handicap over 1400m at Deauville on 7 February. Although well beaten, he did run a solid second over this course and distance in his previous start and had ANTICO (1) and LOUVE PRECIEUSE (2) quite a way behind him. The one to beat. Antico (IRE) A close-up third in a Handicap over 1800m at this course on 13 February. Although held by PROLETARIAT (3) on an earlier run, he will race in blinkers this time. Louve Precieuse (FR) A solid fourth in a Handicap over 1400m at Deauville on 7 February. That was an improved performance and that could bring her into contention. Rubis Gold (FR) A narrowly beaten second in a Handicap over this course and distance on 21 January. He had to overcome a wide draw on that occasion and from the No 5 barrier should run well again.
RACE 7: DU CARREFOUR CONSTANTINE MAIDEN STAKES (FIBRESAND TRACK) (FROM CHANTILLY RACE 3) – 1300M – TIME: 21:35 PRIZE MONEY: EUR24700
Vadirouma (FR) An encouraging third in a Maiden over 1600m at this course on 5 February. She has placed in two starts on the surface and the drop in distance should prove ideal. Melusine Du Houley (FR) A close up second in a Maiden over 1300m at Deauville on 29 January. She has finished runner-up in two successive starts over this distance and should be there again. Zahara (FR) A promising seventh in a Condition over 1600m at this track on 11 December. Should come on from that run, especially with Christophe Soumillon in the irons. Reve Sur Le Nil (FR) Finished sixth in a Maiden over 1300m at Deauville on 29 January. She ran above her rating in that race and is one to respect in this event.

Tanques (FR) An encouraging fourth in a Maiden over 1300m at Deauville on 2 November. AEDION (10) was just ahead of him so that augurs well for this run. Devil’story (FR) A close-up third in a Maiden over 1300m at Deauville on 28 November. Had both HOWITZER (1) and AEDION (10) behind him so he needs to be taken seriously.
