St Lunaire (FR) Won Claimer over 1600m at Vichy on 16 July. Is clearly in a good space and merits healthy respect. Extravaganza (FR) Finished behind St Lunaire when sixth in Claimer over 1600m at Vichy on 16 July. May have to settle for the same result but can place.

Ponderado (IRE) Ran a good race when second in a Class 2 Conditional over 2000m at Chantilly on 24 June. Mickael Barzalona does duty and he may be the horse to side with. Mahiya (IRE) Won on debut over 2200m at Chantilly in Maiden on 28 June. She takes on stronger but could be anything and can remain unbeaten. Mondo (FR) Was far from disgraced when second in a Class 1 Conditional over 2400m at Lyon Parilly on 22 June. Drops back to Class 2 and must be considered. Prosecutor (FR) In good form this year. Finished third in Handicap over 1800m at Com-piegne on 27 June. Alexis Pouchin knows him well and the son of Persian King should have a say.

Milo Boyd (FR) Unraced son of Galiway out of the Manhattan Rain mare, The Hunt Is On. His brother, Midlife Crisis, was an impressive winner on debut at Deauville. Christophe Soumil-lon is booked to ride. Matador Wood (FR) First timer by Olympic Glory out of the Anabaa mare, Super Anna. He is the nephew of Super Celebre who finished second in the Group 1 Prix Du Jockey Club. Cristian Demuro does duty. Rockeop (FR) A son of Motivator out of the Fastnet Rock mare, Rocking Lady. His mother has already given birth to two winners. My Eden James (FR) First timer by Attendu out of the Kendargent mare, Tiaradargent. He is the nephew of Restiana who finished second in a Group 3.

Shiva Flower (IRE) Well-bred daughter of Kingman out of the Exchange Rate mare, Homerique. She was initially entered for the Group 1 Prix de Diane and her mother was a Group 3 winner. Gaugamela A first timer by Sea The Stars out of the Mastercraftsman mare, Dawn Of Hope. She was entered for the Group 1 Prix de Diane and her mother was a Listed winner. Englesqueville (FR) A daughter of Le Harve out of the King’s Best mare, Eiria. Hails from the powerful yard of Jean-Claude Rouget. Siyoula A daughter of Siyouni out of the Galileo mare, Dosila. She is a niece of Silasol, a dual Group 1 winner.
RACE 5: DES BRUMES (TURF TRACK) – 2200M – TIME: 21:47 PRIZE MONEY: EUR17000
Bobby Jean (FR) Ran 3rd in a Handicap over 1800m at this course on 2 July. She took time to accelerate last time and will enjoy the longer trip. Diyaa (FR) Ran 2nd in a Handicap over 2000m at Vichy on 16 July. She ran on strongly last time and should make further improvement. Miaimaou (FR) Ran 4th in a Claimer over 2100m at Le Touquet on 27 July. She has proved her ability to be competitive at this level. Masculiniste (FR) Won a Claimer over 2500m at Hyeres on 28 June. Improved in Australian blinkers and will have the services of Maxime Guyon this time.
RACE 6: DE JERSEY (TURF TRACK) – 2200M – TIME: 22:22 PRIZE MONEY: EUR20200
River Quartz (FR) Ran 2nd in a Handicap over 2400m at Compiehne on 21 July. He has finished runner-up in his last three starts and can go one better this time. Celtic Fury (IRE) Ran 4th in a Handicap over 2400m at Compiegne on 21 July. He is in good form and was not beaten far by RIVER QUARTZ (2) last time out. Shancel (IRE) Won a Handicap over 2000m at Vichy on 16 July. Maxime Guyon rode him to victory last time and retains the ride. Should run well. Rejaitt (IRE) Ran 3rd in a Handicap over 2100m at ParisLongchamp on 10 July. Has proven abilty at this level and should perform well once again.
