Race Preview: Cath Hoche (IRE) Caught the eye in Listed company last time at La Teste over 1200m finishing 5th and should be hard to beat. Solid winning chance. Go Ken Go (FR) Finished 7th at Deauville over 1000m in Listed class on the 5th of July and rates a huge chance. Each way player. Oshia (FR) She was 5th at her last start over 1350m at Lyon Parilly and has shown ability before. Strong each way claims and a must for all bets. Astrea (FR) Comes into the race fresh off a win at Marseille Borely over 1200m and can certainly follow up. Big danger to the top ones.
RACE 2: Y. ST-MARTIN HANDICAP (TURF TRACK) (FROM VICHY RACE 2) – 1000M – TIME: 20:33 PRIZE MONEY: EUR13400
Race Preview: Excalibur (FR) Ignore last run, placed 4th at Dieppe over 1000m before that in a weak claiming race and can bounce right back to winning ways. Wasachop (FR) Placed 4th at Lyon Parilly over 1350m on the 23rd of last month and has strong each way claims. Go Johnny Go Go Go (FR) Caught the eye when running 2nd at Saint-Cloud over 1200m in a Handicap on the 13th of last month. Good chance. The Dig (FR) Finished 5th over 1200m at Toulouse in a Handicap on the 22nd of June and must be included in all bets. Strong place chance.
RACE 3: J. DE BREMOND LISTED STAKES (TURF TRACK) (FROM VICHY RACE 3) – 1600M – TIME: 21:05 PRIZE MONEY: EUR47600
Race Preview: Ozat (FR) Was in a Group 2 in his penultimate start and followed up with an attractive 5th at Marseille Vivaux over 2000m. Bright winning chance. Dark Trooper (IRE) Won the penultimate in Qatar and followed up with a solid effort finishing 7th at Parislongchamp in a Group 3 and can go close. Good chance. Babakool Placed 6th at Parislongchamp over 1600m on the 3rd of this month and was in a Listed race before that. Strong place chance. Bullace Won well last time when racing at Chantilly over 1800m in a Handicap on the 15th of June and can follow up. Big danger.
RACE 4: MAKALU MAIDEN STAKES (TURF TRACK) (FROM VICHY RACE 4) – 1850M – TIME: 21:37 PRIZE MONEY: EUR11900
Race Preview: Trophane (FR) Disappointing last run when 8th in a handicap at Compiegne over 1800m on 16 June. Can bounce back to get a first success. Sissinghurst (USA) Kept to the PSF so far and was tenth in a handucap at Chantilly over 1900m on 17 March. Capable of improvement and has a winning chance. Fifth Element (IRE) Showed some improvement when fourth in a claimer at Nantes over 1600m on 3 July. Can contest the finish. Merci Elie (FR) Has some fair form of late and finished 5th in a handicap at Cagnes-sur-Mer over 2000m on 18 January. Returns from a break but could make the frame.
RACE 5: C. DELEUZE CLAIMING STAKES (TURF TRACK) (FROM VICHY RACE 5) – 1400M – TIME: 22:10 PRIZE MONEY: EUR15400
Race Preview: Prince Of Clouds (FR) Has been campaigning against stronger. Finished unplaced over 1600m at Bordeaux Le Bouscat in Class 2 Handicap on 29 April. Big runner if finding form of penultimate run. Reconstructed (IRE) Is better than latest when unplaced over 1500m at Marseille Pont De Vivaux in Class 3 Handicap on 23 May. Won previous three starts and chance on that form. Wonder Boy (FR) Finished unplaced over 1400m at Parislongchamp in Class 2 Handicap on 22 May. Drops in class and has a shout on best form shown. Lovely Angel (FR) Having first outing this year. Finished second in a Class 3 Claimer over 1400m at Chantilly on 22 November 2024. Can feature if fit and the betting market will be a good guide.

Le Landin (IRE) Colt by Ardad, the dam won 3 races. From a respected trainer who can ready a newcomer. Watch the betting patterns for clues. Dollar Des Bois (FR) Colt by Anodin, the dam won 1 race and was Listed placed. Nice profile and can be expected to play a leading role. The betting can guide.

Race Preview: Bellagio (FR) Produced a good first run this year when second over 2200m at Chantilly in Maiden on 28 June. He would have come on from the run and can go one better. Marolles (IRE) There was a lot of talk about her on debut when ninth over 2100m at Parislongchamp in Unraced on 6 April. She should show good improvement after a short rest. Arnay Le Duc (FR) Produced a promising debut when third over 2400m at Dieppe in Maiden on 7 June. He has plenty of scope and there should be good improvement to come. Not Today (FR) Finished second on debut over this course and distance in Conditional on 25 May. She would have gained from the experience and should make the natural improvement.
RACE 8: FEE DU MAS HANDICAP (TURF TRACK) (FROM LE LION D’ANGERS RACE 3) – 1400M – TIME: 22:59 PRIZE MONEY: EUR19200
Race Preview: Modern Spirit (FR) Fair effort to be 6th at Lyon Parilly over 1600m in a handicap on June 23rd last time out. He is seeking his first win and is reasonably treated. Badana (FR) She won on her penultimate start at Niort in late May over 1400m, and was 2nd at Chantilly on June 20th in a Class 3 race over the same trip. Player. Casim (FR) Fair 3rd at Chantilly over 1400m in a Class 3 race on June 20th last time out. Lightly raced and tries a handicap for the first time. Hard to ignore. Anamalay (FR) 7th last time out, 2nd previously in a claimer over 1400m at Compiegne on June 16th. Can make the top three.
RACE 9: AIX-LES-BAINS HANDICAP (TURF TRACK) (FROM VICHY RACE 7) – 1600M – TIME: 23:16 PRIZE MONEY: EUR16300
Race Preview: Morus (FR) Showed good signs of a form return when second over 1600m at Lyon Parilly in Handicap on 23 June. Can win this if confirming that effort. Saint Eligius (IRE) Finished third over 1400m at Clairefontaine in Handicap on 2 July. Is still a maiden but has plenty of scope and can fight out the finish. Fury Boxing (FR) Finished behind Azote when second over 1800m at Aix Les Bains in Handicap on 1 July. He is more than capable of turning the form around. Azote (FR) Won over 1800m at Aix Les Bains in Handicap on 1 July. She jumps from a good draw of three and merits healthy respect.

Race Preview: Cisky (FR) Two wins of late, the latter over 1900m in a Class 4 race at Argentan on June 26th. A hat-trick of wins is very likely. Hello Cotai (IRE) Good 3rd at Deauville over 1900m in a Class 3 handicap on July 5th on the last start. Key chance. Zaur (IRE) Ran well to be 5th at
Compiegne in a Class 3 handicap on June 27th over 2000m. Each way angle. Minotauros (FR) Placed on three of his last four starts, 2nd at Nantes in a Class 4 handicap on July 3rd on the latest. Respect from the foot of the weights.
RACE 11: LA MINARDIERE HANDICAP (TURF TRACK) (FROM VICHY RACE 8) – 1600M – TIME: 23:49 PRIZE MONEY: EUR19200
Race Preview: Orangerie Comes into this contest off a good second-place finish over 1600m at Craon in Maiden on 11 June. Cristian Demuro rides and she can go one better. Luffy (FR) Followed up Maiden win with a fifth-place finish over 1800m at Compiegne in Handicap on 9 June. Should pose a threat with luck in running. Westminster Fox (FR) Finished fourth in a Claimer over 1300m at Argentan on 26 June. Maxime Guyon may be able to get the best out of her. I Am Paradou (FR) Won Maiden over 1600m at Lyon Parilly on 14 June. He is clearly a progressive type and must be considered.
RACE 12: KALDOUN HANDICAP (TURF TRACK) (FROM LE LION D’ANGERS RACE 5) – 1400M – TIME: 00:05 PRIZE MONEY: EUR19200
Race Preview: Rapide Won a Conditions race over 1400m at Dieppe on 14 June. She produced an excellent comeback win after a rest and she looks likely to improve even further. Calypso (IRE) Ran 3rd in a Qualifying Handicap over 1600m at Chantilly on 28 June. He has experience in this category and should be involved in the finish. Dom Bertrand (FR) Ran 15th in a Handicap over 1600m at La Teste on 2 June. It is best to ignore his last performance and on earlier form he must have a chance. Crew Dragon (FR) Won a Handicap over 1400m at La Teste on 27 June. He is always in contention in the closing stages and can do so once again.
RACE 13: GP L D’ANGERS STAKES (TURF TRACK) (FROM LE LION D’ANGERS RACE 7) – 2000M – TIME: 01:15 PRIZE MONEY: EUR27400
Race Preview: Merano (SWI) Ran 4th in a Handicap over 1800m at Compiegne on 27 June. He is a tough competitor and will put a lot of pressure on his rivals. Angel Warrior (FR) Won a Maiden over 1950m at Chateaubriant on 25 June. That was a superb comeback after his break and he looks capable of backing up that victory. Golden Thread (FR) Ran 2nd in a Conditions race over 2400m at Nantes on 3 July. He proved he had ability in that event and deserves his test at this level. Velikaya (IRE) Won a Maiden over 2100m at Cholet on 2 June. That was only her second start and she will continue to make further progress.
RACE 14: PARTENAIRES HANDICAP (TURF TRACK) (FROM LE LION D’ANGERS RACE 8) – 2000M – TIME: 01:50 PRIZE MONEY: EUR14400
Race Preview: Wardama (FR) Ran 2nd in a Handicap over 1950m at Chateaubriant on 5 June. She is at the top of her game and is ideally suited to the conditions. Spinning Mist Ran 6th in a Handicap over 1900m at Deauville on 5 July. He looks to be coming back to his best form so should be in the firing line. Molino (FR) Ran 3rd in a Handicap over 1950m at Chateaubriant on 25 June. Some of his best races have been under Fabrice Veron who rides him again. Preferencia (FR) Finished 14th in a Handicap over 2000m at Vichy on 14 July. She has a light weight and that could see her have a say in the finish.
