Race 3 No 2 AUTUMN VIBES
After producing two fast-finishing efforts to start his career, his winning chances were undone last time out by a tardy getaway, which left him well back in the field. Despite making some late ground, he could only manage 12th over 1400m.
Now resuming from a 69-day break, he has impressed in a recent trial and looks a runner to keep a close eye on first-up.
Race 8 No 6 TOMODACHI KOKOROE
He has returned in good form following a three-month spell, finishing third in both outings. On each occasion, he was beaten by less than a length, and with better barrier draws, he could have finished even closer.
With a more economical run this week, he looks capable of springing a surprise against more fancied rivals.

Race 2 No 3 VIVA CHALEUR
He closed off strongly for fifth last start on the All-Weather surface, clocking the second-fastest final 400m sectional. The slow early tempo made his late effort even more noteworthy. Dropping to Class 5 for the first time, he looks well placed to finish in the Top 3 if the race is run at a genuine tempo.
Race 4 No 9 EURO ROCKS
It may pay to forgive his first-up effort, where he showed little after settling off the pace from a wide draw. More relevant is his previous run, when he raced on the speed and stuck on gamely to finish sixth in a fast-run race. With that run under his belt, he should strip fitter second-up and could surprise at odds if the race shape suits.
