On Saturday, 17 May 2025, at SLTC, the Stewards concluded separate inquiries into the running and handling of VGOR and JIN SAKAMOTO. Evidence was taken from Jockey S John and Trainer R Lim, the respective rider and trainer of both horses.

He was informed of his Right of Appeal.
