Race 4 No 11 KASA PAPA
His winning chances were hindered by a wide draw last start, forcing him to settle off the pace. Despite the slow tempo, he let down well late to finish sixth over this track and distance—a run with hidden merit.
If he can settle closer to the speed, as he has done in the past, he looks a strong chance to finish in the top three.
Race 6 No 1 AURORA PATCH
After being caught in an early speed battle last start, he ran out of steam near the 200m and finished fifth over this track and distance. That form has since been franked, with runner-up CALL ME GLORIOUS going on to win in Class 3.
He drops to Class 4 this week and, with a better-timed ride, could prove hard to run down.

Race 1 No 6 FAIRY HORSE
After a slow start last time out, he settled too far back in a slowly run race but rattled home strongly to finish seventh over 1200m at this track. In this week’s wide-open field, he shapes up as a strong winning chance, provided he jumps cleanly.
Race 7 No 10 MR ENERGIA
In his second start in Class 3 last time out, he was far from disgraced, charging home for fourth over this track and distance. Beaten only half a length, he may have finished in the top three had he not been hampered early. Well weighted this week, he looks one to follow.
