4. CHECKPOINT CHARLIE – Unplaced in the latest in a Handicap at Dieppe over 2400m on 14 June. Track-suited and is capable of better
5. ON A SOUFFERT – Well beaten 9th in a Handicap at Evreux over 2500m on 22 May. Probably best watched for now
6. MARSHALL LESSING – Finished 10th in a Handicap at Craon over 2400m on 10 June. Not in the best of form and needs to find a few lengths
7. PRESCY LIIA – Finished 8th in a Handicap at Craon over 2400m on 10 June. Unplaced in four attempts this year. Others are preferred
8. FALWUKAIR LAUJAC – Fifth in a Handicap at Dieppe over 2400m on 14 June. Well weighted and won his only previous start on this track. Can be involved in the finish
Summary: ALLURES DE REINE (3) has shown nice ability on the PSF and should be closely involved at the business end. DRAGON LOVE (1) is consistent and will get his day soon. CHECKPOINT CHARLIE (4) and FALWUKAIR LAUJAC (8) are both competitive in this league when in the mood so must be respected too. MEHGAWAY (2) won her penultimate start and can be considered a possible winner as well.
