2. MADAOUA AA – Usually gives of her best and was a winner last time out in a Conditions race
at Pau over this distance on 24 March. Fit and can contest the finish
3. MOMBASA AA – Only beaten once in six starts and was won well last time out in a Conditions
race at Tarbes over 2300m on 22 October. Can win again if fit from a break
4. HALDAWYSSA AA – A bit of a disappointment last time out when 6th in a Conditions race at
Tarbes over 2300m on 23 February. Could play a minor role
5. JONNIMI AA – A winner of his last two starts with the latest being a Conditions race at La Testede-Buch over 2400m on 24 July. Deserves respect returning from a break
6. ZIGOTTO AA – Has improved with each run and was a winner last time out in a Conditions race
over this track and trip on 20 November. Can follow up
7. FURIEUSE AA – Usually not too far behind and was 5th last time out in a Conditions race at La
Teste-de-Buch over 2400m on 24 July. More is needed to win this race
Summary: MOMBASA AA (3) has a very good record so far winning five of six starts. She will be
returning from a break but does look hard to oppose. ZIGOTTO AA (6) has improved with each run
and is proven over this distance so could be a threat. JONNIMI AA (5) has won his last two starts
but is returning from a break and his fitness will need to be taken on trust. MADAOUA AA (2) is fit
and is not out of it

2. CITY GIRL – Much improved this year and was a winner last time out in Class 2 at Salon-deProvence over 2000m on 3 April. Tackles stronger but is not out of it
3. MONTEROSA – A winner in the UK last time out at Southwell over 2220m on 12 March. Tougher
task this time but is fit and ready for this race
4. BIRTHE – Very consistent so far and was third last time out in a Conditions race at Chantilly over
1900m on 14 March. Can contest the finish once again
5. L’EQUILIBRISTE – Has improved with each run and was a winner last time out in a Conditions
race at Chantilly over 1800m on 4 October. Deserves some respect returning from a break
6. BETTY NELSON – Has not done much wrong so far and was a winner of a Conditions race last
time out at this course over 2100m on 4 March. Might place
7. VIGATATA – Unbeaten in two starts with the latest being a Conditions race at Bordeaux-Le
Bouscat over 1900m on 16 March. Can complete the hat-trick
8. ZUNA – Won well on the PSF on debut and was not disgraced when fourth in a Gr.3. at SaintCloud over 2100m on 1 April. Should fight out the finish
9. FLORENCE – A three-year-old filly by Prince Of Ecosse out of Furia who is making her debut.
Tough task in this line-up
Summary: A solid field. VIGATATA (7) is unbeaten in two starts this year and has every chance of
completing the hat-trick. ZUNA (8) has looked promising so far and was not disgraced when fourth
in her first try on the turf. MONTEROSA (3) won in the UK last time out but does deserve some
respect on her French debut. L’EQUILIBRISTE (5) is improving and could be better than rated.

2. SKA DE L’AIGLE – Struggled in a Gr.1. at Doha on 17 February but has run well in France
before and should contest the finish on best form
3. VICA GRINE – Disappointing last run when 8th in a Gr.1. in Saudi Arabia on 24 February. Has a
winning chance if fit from a break
4. EDALBAR – In good form in his last two starts and was runner-up last time out in a Conditions
race at Bordeaux-Le Bouscat over 1400m on 28 October. Just as good this distance and can
contest the finish
5. KAREEM – Has fair form so far and was a winner of a Conditions race at Pau over 2400m on 10
December. Tougher task this time
6. SOCRATES – Ignored last run when well beaten in a Conditions race at this course over 1400m
on 11 March. Better this distance and could surprise
7. LUWSAIL – An impressive winner of his only start this year when winning a Conditions race at
this course over 2100m on 4 March. Can follow up if in the same mood
Summary: An interesting race. LUWSAIL (7) was full of running when winning his only start of this
year and could well be up to this Gr.2. company. SKA DE L’AIGLE (2) was a disappointment in
Qatar last time out but has done enough when in France to be a threat to these rivals. EDALBAR
(4) knows how to win and deserves respect. VICA GRINE (3) can be forgiven the last run and could
bounce back to score.

3. HARRY WAY – Holding form and was fourth last time out in a Listed race at Saint-Cloud over
2400m on 21 March. Capable of making the frame again
4. WATCH HIM – Disappointing recent form and was 5th last time out in a Conditions race at LyonParilly over 2400m on 8 October. More is needed to win this race
5. DAR TOUNGI – Disappointing last two runs and was 6th last time out in a Conditions race at La
Teste-de-Buch over 2000m on 23 March. Capable of earning some money
6. UNE PERLE – Holding form well and was fourth last time out in a Conditions race at La Testede-Buch over 2000m on 23 March. Be right there at the finish
7. LORD ACHILLES – Not disgraced when fourth last time out in a Conditions race at Chantilly
over1900m on 18 March. Place chance on best form
8. DILAWAR – Always gives of his best and was third last time out in a Conditions race at La Testede-Buch over 2000m on 23 March. Big chance
9. NOIR – Has not shown much in her two starts so far and was 7th last time out in a Conditions
race at Nantes over 2200m on 1 November. Much more is needed to win this race
Summary: A very competitive-looking race and we should get an exciting finish. There was not
between DILAWAR (8) and UNE PERLE (6) last time out and both should be right there at the
finish once again. AGADOR (1) was very good last year and if fit from a break can win this race as
well. ALCARAZ (2) returns from a break after a disappointing last run but is also not out of it.

3. DENISJONH – Has not done much wrong so far and was runner-up last time out in a Conditions
race over this course and distance on 20 March. Can make the frame
4. SIYOUKING – Disappointing last run when 6th in a Conditions race at Chantilly over 1800m on
8 March. Capable of better and could play a minor role
5. LORD OF WAR – A bit of a disappointment when 5th last time out in a Conditions race at SaintCloud over 2100m on 16 March. Place chance on best form
6. PUCHKINE – Unbeaten in four starts and looked as good as ever when winning last time out in
a Conditions race over this course and distance on 20 March. Can win again
7. BATEAU BLANC – Proved in need of his last run when 8th in a Conditions race at Chantilly over
1800m on 8 March. Can earn some money returning to the turf
8. TAROB – Very consistent so far and was runner-up last time out in a Conditions race at Chantilly
over this distance on 14 March. Tries the turf but deserves respect
9. SEE YOU AROUND – Needed the last run when 7th in a Conditions race at Deauville over 1300m
on 8 March. Capable of improvement stepped up in distance
10. ECLAIRE LA VIE – A bit unreliable and was fourth last time out in a Conditions race at SaintCloud over 1600m on 16 March. Can earn some minor money
11. MAY – Improving and has won her last two starts with the latest being a handicap at this course
over 1400m on 20 March. Not out of it
Summary: A tough race for the punter. PUCHKINE (6) is unbeaten four starts and won well last
time out so could stretch it to five wins in a row. SEE YOU AROUND (9) will improve from the last
run and could contest the finish this longer distance. TAROB (8) has been very consistent on the
PSF but will need to prove that form on the turf this time around. MAY (11) tackles tougher
opposition but did win her last two starts well enough.

and trip on 26 November. Unreliable but can upset
2. WATCH IT – On a very long losing run and dislodged his rider last time out in a claimer chase at
Cagnes-sur-Mer on 11 December, Unlikely to win
3. KAYRAT – Holding his form well and was third last time out in a handicap at Salon-de-Provence
over 2400m on 3 April. Big chance
4. WONDER OF YOU – Only win was over 1700m but was third last time out in a claimer at Le
Croisé-Laroche over 2500m on 22 March. Can contest the finish again
5. CLEVER ACTRESS – Disappointing recent form and was 8th last time out in a handicap at La
Teste-de-Buch over 2400m on 10 April. Loves this course and can bounce back to score
6. GLORYTOF – Unreliable but returned from a break in fine form and was runner-up last time out
in a Conditions race at Bordeaux-Le Bouscat over 2400m on 6 April. Capable of making the frame
7. MOZART DES BRIERES – Distance suited and was not disgraced when fourth last time out in
a handicap at Salon-de-Provence over 2400m on 3 April. Be right there at the finish once again
8. BERTIZ – Yet to win but has been consistent of late and was third last time out in a Conditions
race at Pornichet-La Baule over 2400m on 27 March
9. PLATEADO – Struggling of late and was 5th last time out in a handicap at Tarbes over 2300m
on 13 April. More is needed to win this race
10. MONT STEELE – Has struggled this year and was well beaten last time out in a handicap at
this course over 2000m on 8 April. Unlikely to win
11. PATZESTEVE – Disappointing last run when tenth in a handicap at Fontainebleau over 3000m
on 15 March. Capable of better and is not out of it
Summary: There was not too much between KAYRAT (3) and MOZART DES BRIERES (7) when
they met earlier this month and there should not be much between them over this longer distance
either. KAYRAT (3) gets a narrow vote to score. WONDER OF YOU (4) has to prove himself as
effective over this distance but was not disgraced last time out. PATZESTEVE (11) is capable of
better and could surprise.

1600m on 10 March. Better this distance and can contest the finish
3. KYNADA – Disappointing last three runs and was well beaten last time out in a handicap at
Compiegne over 1800m on 29 March. Others are preferred
4. GAILLARD – Has run well twice off this handicap mark and was third last time out in a handicap
at Deauville over 1200m on 15 August. Capable of winning if fit from a break
5. JUGANDO – Unreliable but was not disgraced when third last time out in a handicap at Chantilly
over 1600m on 30 March. Can contest the finish
6. MONCAYO – Has yet to win a race and was 6th last time out in a handicap at Tarbes over 1100m
on 13 April. Others are preferred
7. KELLY KEY – Proved in need of her last run when 11th in a Conditions race at Deauville over

Summary: GAILLARD (4)is threatening to win a race off this handicap mark and is capable of
winning this lucky last race if fit from a break. PURPLE RAIN (9) is unreliable and ran poorly on the
PSF last time out but can bounce back to score returning from a break. BELL SONG (1) is in very
good heart winning her last two starts and could complete the hat-trick back in handicap company
this time. IDAMANTE (2) is better this distance and is not out of it.
