STRATA has been frustrating to follow but must always be afforded respect. She should have every chance. F EIGHT has finished ahead of CHARLENE so must be respected. COSMIC ENERGY can suddenly show.

Race Summary: Well-bred Vercingetorix filly PRINCESS VIRGINIE fluffed her lines last time. She showed promise on debut and deserves another chance especially on her Hollywoodbets Kenilworth debut. LOVE SHACK came in for betting support and found just one better last time. She should turn in another solid performance. TIBETAN VOYAGE could be the dark horse. She had wide draws in both starts but made progress in those and needs to be watched. HANGING ROCK will be having her third run after a rest and should be rounding into best form. She has run well at this venue. More can earn.

Race Summary: CELTIC CHIEF keeps on drawing well. He could make a winning debut at this venue as he does have decent form. Watch out for BATON ROUGE who made good improvement in his second start. He is running for a stable whose three-year-olds are all gearing up for better races. PETTEIA has run decent races in KwaZulu-Natal. If he is not in need of the run after a rest he could be dangerous racing upfront. SPELLING BEE didn’t enjoy 1600m last time out. He could produce a good finish if the pace is on. GOLDEN GREY, RESURGENCE, KING VISERYS, KING OF SPIN, THE NIGHT FERRY and more can improve.

Race Summary: East Cape raider JOY AND PEACE won quite a nice race last time and could be on the up. She should go the longer distance on pedigree. DESERT ROSE is better than her latest form. She needed her last start and should improve over a favourable course and distance. NORDIC QUEST is still learning what it is all about and with CLOUD CHASER and PHILOSOPHISE has a wide gate to overcome. The latter two are capable of taking home decent prize money on form. MISS NEW YORK is another that is not without a say at her best.

Race Summary: FAMILY POWER rates the form choice. She finished ahead of main rivals ENGLISH MISTRESS and SANSA STARK as well as HELIOTROPE, DOITWITHDIAMONDS and PRINCESS OF BAYEUX. SANSA STARK can turn it around on ratings but Richard Fourie looks to have opted for FAMILY POWER who has the better of the draws. ENGLISH MISTRESS is not one to take lightly. She shifted about when only 0.75-lengths off FAMILY POWER. A set of blinkers could make the difference. BO KAAP is a well-bred daughter of Silvano that could suddenly show more. HELIOTROPE has scope as well.

Race Summary: COSMIC RHYTHM was beaten by a wide draw last time but Richard Fourie sticks with him and he could overcome the obstacle earlier in the race over this less frantic 2000m. He is improving with each start but only the race will show if he is effective over the distance. MASTEROFALLSTORMS also had a tough task coming from well off the pace even though having drawn well last time. He could score for a stable in good form. TAKE A MULLIGAN stayed on well at the end of his last race after he had to get over from the widest stall. SEA HORSE, POINTDEXTER and REIGN OF HONOUR can upset.

Race Summary: ROYAL SWAN MASTER rates the one to beat. He was second on debut (at Hollywoodbets Greyville) and then won. Last time out was second again on local debut and is expected to win again. He has room for big improvement at this track with its longer run-in. OLIVER also ran a promising race when only a neck behind the former and is 1kg off so could theoretically turn the form around. FIBONACCI won better than the margin suggests over shorter last time and could finally realise his true potential. He is also proven over this distance. INFRARED and UNICORN ALERT can improve as well.

LIKETHECLAPPERS is in good form and did finish ahead of KELP FOREST the last time they met. He has the gate speed to overcome his wide draw. MIGHTY MAC was a tad unlucky to lose last time but has run well over this trip previously. However he has drawn widest and will need a lot of luck in running. INCREDIBILL met a lot stronger last time. He is better over this distance. Include LEGAL CHITCHAT and SHIFTING PATH.

Race Summary: GREAT CAT followed up on an easy maiden win with a workmanlike display behind a useful looking sort. She would have sharpened up as she did take a drop in distance and looks to be in the right race. WARM WINTER NITE who beat GREAT CAT in the maidens has a bit more to do at the weights but has room for improvement. He needed his last start. BONANZA made respiratory noises last time but is holding form and will be looking to finish ahead of WARM WINTER NITE again but has to turn around a neck beating by ROCK ON TOMMY. WYLIE JACK and ON BOARD could threaten at best.

The latter produced an eye-catching turn of foot and should be right on top of them. MULBERRY STREET is better than her recent form at Durbanville. She could bounce back to form. PORTO ZANTE, WHERE’S THE PARTY, KYTHERA and SILVER SCREEN have the form to feature.
