1. MOUDIR – Nothing noteworthy to his name for a considerable period now, so unlikely to trouble
the judge
2. COME SAY HI – Unreliable veteran but is quite capable of staking a claim in a race of this nature.

3. LEJENDARIO – Inconsistent but is seldom far off the mark, thus hard to trust but as hard to rule
out. Keep safe
4. AL KHAMSIN – Good 2nd on his reappearance and 3rd finished last time. Has the form to be
competitive in this
5. PERDRIOLLE – Promises to be competitive dropped in class and into her first claiming race with
her rider taking off 1,5kg. One to beat
6. CARLTON CHOICE – Has shown signs of improvement in recent starts and will be competitive
if in similar form here
7. APOLLON – Showed signs of improvement on his reappearance but will need to make further
progress to have a say here
8. LE DUC – Without a win since February last year but has threatened to do so at this level. Should
have a role to play
9. KING SOLOMON – Has looked distinctly ordinary for some time now, so his chances are limited
even at this level
10. LIFE’S A BREEZE – Reassured with an improved 2nd last time but will need to build on that to
be competitive. Others preferred
11. ALBAMIA – Lightly raced filly with scope to improve but has shown little to warrant
consideration. For another day
Summary : PERDRIOLLE (5) is the highest-rated runner in this field and benefits from her rider’s
1,5kg claim, so looks well placed to win again and gets the nod here ahead of LE DUC (8), given
the 2,5kg allowance of his apprentice rider, and AL KHAMSIN (4) who made has a good start to
the year with a 2nd and a 3rd in his 2 starts this season. CARLTON CHOICE (6) and LEJENDARIO
(3) appeal most of the remainder.

improvement
3. POWERKISS D’OROUX – Unreliable sort but is quite capable of staking a claim in a race of this
nature. Respect
4. BOY DAVIER – Has looked distinctly ordinary for some time so can be ruled out here. Others
preferred
5. INSTANTANE – Has been struggling for form and consistency for some time now so is unlikely
to trouble the judge
6. MATTINA FORZA – Showed signs of improvement last time and could get a look in here if
confirming that form. Place chance
7. LADY MILLION – Likely improver after a much-needed comeback run so expected to play a

Summary : Wide open. LADY MILLION (7) was a satisfactory 7th on her comeback but would’ve
come on appreciably for that run and could open her account here with improvement expected.
Both DEVILLA (9) concede weight to that rival but can pose a threat to the selection. VYBORG (2),
who bounced back to form when 2nd last time, and consistent LADYBUG (1) have both the form
and experience to make their presence felt too. THEORETICAL (8) completes the shortlist.

respect in her first start in this grade. Include
4. NO LIMIT DREAM – Did not go unnoticed when unplaced at this venue at the beginning of the
month. Has a role to play
5. GAME ON – Consistent for the most part and unlikely to be far off the action again. Capable of
having a say
6. COMTESSE DU BARRY – Has been struggling for form and consistency for some time now so
unlikely to trouble the judge
7. IANOVKA – Not disgraced in any of her 4 starts and should have more to offer at this level, so
cannot be discounted. Dark horse
Summary : Now with 2 comeback races under the belt, top-rated AMANDA’S CHOICE (3) is a
leading candidate for her success in her first outing at this level. NO LIMIT DREAM (4) and
REMINISCE (1) have already won in this grade and are likely to pose the biggest threat. The
experienced GAME ON (5) is relatively consistent so could also have a role to play here.

have a say again
4. MUBAALEGH – Unplaced in both starts after finishing 3rd on his return. Needs to reaffirm but is
best watched for now
5. O TRASNO – Runner-up in 4 of his last 5 starts and finished 4th recently. Has solid form
references and is likely to be involved again
6. FLEUR DE BAILEYS – Improved on her comeback 4th to finish 2nd last time and should have
a role to play again if making further progress
7. SEASCAPE GIRL – Has been struggling for form and consistency for some time now so unlikely
to trouble the judge
8. BABA SIM – Has improved with each start recently and is likely to play a leading role here with
further progress
9. KHAN – Good form in claiming races recently but probably more effective at that level. Outsider

10. CHIRIMIRI – Finished an improved 2nd on his reappearance but has more to do in this grade.

11. PILE OU FACE – Winner on his reappearance but struggled under a penalty last time. Needs
to reaffirm to be competitive
12. PINK VALENTINE – Has been struggling for form and consistency for some time now so
unlikely to trouble the judge
Summary : BABA SIM (8) looks like the horse to beat here after catching the eye last time, and is
given the nod ahead of in-form IMPITOYABLE (3) has proved he remains competitive despite being
raised in the weights. Consistent O TRASNO (5) ought to have a say again, though the same could
also be said of both RAYSTEVE (1) and FLEUR DE BAILEYS (6). Likely improver BAILEYS BLUES
(2) appeals most of the remainder.
