Race 1 – PRIX TRIPOLETTE – 1600m MDN. Purse EUR €18,000.
1. SERBER – Last appeared when he finished eighth over 1600m at Saint Malo on July 19. Place chance on best efforts.
2. SO GOLD – Good second at this track over 1400m. One of the leading chances.
3. IL RITORNO – Finished 3.5 lengths from the winner in sixth last start over 1400m at this track. Noted.
4. FIZZI TOF – Tailed off when tenth here on debut. Opposed.
5. DEEP PURPLE STEEL – Unraced colt by Mustajeeb out of Anaba Steel. Prepared to watch this time.
6. HARRY WAY – Galiway gelding from Miss Vinga on debut. Respect any positive betting move.
7. LARDER LAKE – Unraced colt by Nathaniel out of Lutetia. Might need this run.
8. MR CASSIOPE – Unraced colt by Mr. Owen out of Chocolat Chaud. Market check.
9. VERITABLE – Son of Ribchester from Absolutely True making his debut. Noted.

Summary: SO GOLD (2) stayed on well for a 1.5L second here last time. Extra distance should suit. Hard to oppose. IL RITORNO (3) has shaped with promise on both starts and looks set to improve. Keep safe. VERITABLE (9) is a nicely-bred colt by Ribchester. Likely to be primed for debut and should go well. MR CASSIOPE (8) has each-way claims first up.


1. MOLLY WEASLEY – Pushed forward on debut last start but finished 11th, beaten 6 lengths, at Le Lion-D’angers over 1400m. Happy to watch.
2. MONEY MONEY – Decent fourth when beaten 4.5 lengths over 1400m at this track. Nicely placed and is among the leading contenders.
3. WOMANIST – Colt by Kodiac from Mouille Point on debut. Wait and see how he presents.
4. RAKSHA – Fair sixth last start at Vichy over 1600m. Not dismissed.
5. COSMIC GODDESS – Held 11th over 1200m at Aix-Les-Bains a month ago. The engagement of Mickael Barzalona is noteworthy but must improve on recent efforts.
6. GREATEL – Fair fourth over 1600m at Saint Malo. One of the chances.
7. MON SIOUX – Easily accounted for on each of his three career outings. No threat when seventh over 1400m at this track last time out. Unlikely to threaten.
8. THREE DREAMS – Not disgraced when fifth last time out over 1200m at Aix-Les-Bains. Capable of a big run.
9. VICTORIOUS SEA – Showed good early speed on debut when sixth over 1100m at Salon-De-Provence. Likely improver with strong claims.
10. COSMIC LADY – Beaten 7 lengths into third at Dieppe then appeared at Vichy last time and finished 4 lengths from the winner in sixth. Place chance.

Summary: The experienced GREATEL (6) is selected to record a second victory following a 9.5L fourth in a 1600m claimer at Saint-Malo. MONEY MONEY (2) rates a big threat on the back of a 4.5L fourth in a similar race to this over 1400m here. RAKSHA (4) is expected to perform well having finished 4.75L sixth in a 1600m claimer at Vichy. VICTORIOUS SEA (9) is likely capable of an improved effort following a 14L last of six in an 1100m claimer at Salon-de-Provence on debut.


Race 3 – PRIX OMBRETTE – 1600m MDN. Purse EUR €18,000.
1. LOVELY TRAOU LAND – Finished eighth over 1400m at Dax on July 10. Leading contender on debut second.
2. FLORIDA SPRING – Finished a respectable third on debut last start over 1300m at Vittel. Solid top-three hope again.
3. CERCA TROVA – Made her debut over 1600m at this track finishing a long way from the winner in ninth. Cannot recommend.
4. SOSPIRIA – Did very little on debut last start beaten by a wide margin over 1400m at this track. Hard to see her featuring.
5. MISS ETOILE – Last appeared when she finished eighth over 1200m at Aix-Les-Bains on July 5. Cannot enthuse.
6. KARA THAIX ALLEN – Unraced filly by Whipper out of Goritie. Worth consideration.
7. BURWASH – Unraced filly by Myboycharlie out of Remember Babi. Worth consideration.
8. KELLY BERE – Unraced filly by Seahenge out of Courmarine. Betting can guide.
9. LESS NOUS FAIRE – Filly by Muhtathir from Less Crazy on debut. Not dismissed.
10. TO TEN METERS – Daughter of Seahenge from Bidart making her debut. Happy to watch this time.
11. GRANDE JULIA – Unraced filly by The Grey Gatsby out of Julia Bech. Others appeal more.
12. PAS RADINE – Unraced filly by Anodin out of Parade Music. Market check.

Summary: FLORIDA SPRING (2) shaped well when a 1.5L third at Vittel on debut. Leading claims with progress expected. BURWASH (7) represents a yard capable of readying one. Interesting contender on debut. LOVELY TRAOU LAND (1) was beaten a nose on debut. Took a backwards step since but cannot be ruled out. LESS NOUS FAIRE (9) has each-way claims first up for good stable.


1. SIRIUS – Solid in her seven career starts most recently scoring by 1.5 lengths over 2200m at this track. Worth including.
2. ALCARAZ – Won his maiden two back at Toulouse before a fair fifth last start over 2000m at Longchamp. Useful type. Player.
3. BORN IN PURPLE – Improved sharply last start to crack her maiden over 2100m at Saint Cloud. Among the chances.
4. ARABIA – Out of the money recently including last time out when fifth over 1600m at this track two weeks ago when beaten 3.5 lengths. Place option.
5. FIRST RAY – Finished 6 lengths away in tenth over 1850m at Longchamp. Best watched.
6. NARCISSUS – Hasn’t raced since finishing seventh over 2000m at Strasbourg four-and-a-half months ago. Not keen.
7. IN THE MOOD – Broke through for her maiden win over 1800m at Nort-Sur-Erdre last time out. Major chance.
8. GARENCIERES – Finished just 2.5 lengths away in fourth last start over 1600m at Lyon-Parilly. Expected to measure up.

Summary: IN THE MOOD (7) broke her maiden when scoring by a head over 1800m in a Nort-sur-Erdre. Selected to complete a double. SIRIUS (1) delivered a 1.5L victory over two subsequent winners in a 2200m handicap here. Expected to challenge for the win. BORN IN PURPLE (3) is shortlisted on the back of a success in a 2100m handicap at Saint-Cloud. ALCARAZ (2) won a 2100m maiden at Toulouse on his penultimate start. Warrants consideration.


Race 5 – PRIX SAREPTA – 2000m MDN. Purse EUR €16,000.
1. FAIT MARQUAND – Made steady improvement last time out when third over 1800m at Aix-Les-Bains. Not ruled out.
2. ROYAL MONARCH – Turned in a fine effort on debut last start when third at Clairefontaine over 2400m. Will take a lot from that run. Well placed to get off the mark.
3. TOLLEVAST – Fair debut seventh over 1800m at Dieppe. Could improve.
4. AFFAIRE EN OR – Nice return last start when runner-up at Argentan over 1900m on July 4. Worth following up.
5. RAIN – Yet to break through in three runs but has been thereabouts. Last start was 4 lengths back in fourth over 2400m at Clairefontaine. Cannot be ruled out.
6. NEVA NEVADA – Filly by Cokoriko from Ninon De Paris on debut. Watching brief this time around.
7. LA BELLE EPOQUE – Filly by Dabirsim from Morning Bride on debut. Worth watching for a market push.
8. AMERICAN JOKER – Filly by Sommerabend from American Angel on debut. Market check.

Summary: ROYAL MONARCH (2) made a highly promising debut when beaten 2L into third at Clairefontaine. Could prove extremely hard to beat if progressing. AFFAIRE EN OR (4) took a step forward when placing at Argentan following a break. Key player on that form. LA BELLE EPOQUE (7) is a nicely-bred filly by Dabirsim. Yard can ready one so is worth a close look. RAIN (5) holds each-way claims.


1. GALEGO STAR – Good fourth on debut over 2400m at this track. Can make his presence felt.
2. BALADOR – Finished 16 lengths back in ninth on debut over 2400m at this track four weeks ago. Needs to show a lot more.
3. NAJEM SHALGHODA – Resumed last start and was beaten 84 lengths over 3000m at Dieppe. Not keen on his chances.
4. TAKARIX – Son of Polarix from Taka Angel making his debut. Best watched.
5. BERNEVAL – Debuted at this track on July 9 and when beaten 14 lengths into eighth over 2400m. Worth a second look.
6. NOVA SCOTIA – Last appeared when he finished second over 2200m at Lyon-Parilly on June 27. Likely to prove hard to hold out.
7. DIVINO – Made debut over 2400m at this track and gave a sight but found one better when beaten half a length. Key chance.
8. GAMECHANGER – Debuted at Dieppe on July 24 when beaten 9 lengths into tenth over 1800m. Must do a lot more.
9. CRAB KEY – Made some progress last start to finish fourth over 2400m at this track when lining up for just the second time. With further improvement can play a major role.
10. CHECKMATE FORLONGE – Showed little on debut when beaten 20 lengths into tenth over 3000m at Le Lion-D’angers. Don’t think he will trouble this field.
11. SINNDARILLO – Held eighth over 1800m at Compiegne latest. Others preferred.
12. NACHTFLUG – Placed on both career runs to date the latest when third over 2200m at Dieppe. Rates highly is among the leading hopes.
13. BOY OF CAMAS – Alianthus gelding from Camas on debut. Market will guide.

Summary: NOVA SCOTIA (6) looks up to getting off the mark at the third attempt following a 1.5L second in a 2200m maiden at Lyon-Parilly. DIVINO (7) is expected to deliver a big effort on the back of a 0.5L second in a 2400m newcomers race here. NACHTFLUG (12) rates a threat having placed third when beaten 1.75L in a 2200m maiden at Dieppe. GALEGO STAR (1) debuted with a promising 4L fourth in the previously mentioned 2400m newcomers race at this track. Considered.


Race 7 – PRIX DE LUSIGNY – 1600m HCP. Purse EUR €18,000.
1. MARITOT – Stepping back in trip after finishing seventh over 1400m at this track last time out. Worth thought.
2. UNCLE BO – Scored over 1800m at Compiegne two back. In the mix on best form.
3. PINK BIRTHDAY – Fair fourth over 1600m at this track last time. Chance.
4. ZELANDE – Narrowly beaten last time when second at Nantes. Player.
5. AOUR – Drops in trip from the latest outing when sixth over 2000m at this track. Place hope.
6. CHARSEL – Recorded a well-deserved win last start over 1800m at Rochefort-Sur-Loire after a close second two runs back. Player.
7. MILLESIME – Last appeared when she finished tenth over 1900m at Deauville All Weather on July 10. Could place.
8. FULLDITCH – Finished fifth over 2000m at Marseille Borely on June 29. Frame candidate.
9. RECORD THE SHAW – Ran a better race last start to finish second over 1600m at this track. Won’t be far away.
10. VANILLE BLEUE – Fair fourth over 1100m at Salon-De-Provence ten weeks ago. Not ruled out.

Summary: CHARSEL (6) has improved with each start so far and ran out an impressive 0.75L winner at Rochefort-sur-Loire last time. The one to beat. ZELANDE (4) posted a career best when beaten 0.25L into second at Nantes latest. Can progress again and is worth holding safe. RECORD THE SHAW (9) shaped well when a 3L second here last outing. Return to this track suits and looks easy to fancy. PINK BIRTHDAY (3) is a consistent performer. Solid each-way player.


1. MULAN OF SAINTS – Well beaten last time when 19 lengths back in 11th over 2400m at this track. Needs to do more.
2. GREAT IN LOVE – Went forward on debut over 2400m at this track and gave a sight when fourth. Noted.
3. KISS QUEEN – Good second at Compiegne before finishing fourth over 2200m at Lyon-Parilly last start. Steps out over an extra 200m and must be considered.
4. CHEEK TO CHEEK – Three starts to date and she keeps progressing, most recently finishing second over 2400m at this track. Sure to be prominent again.
5. BLUSH ME – Held on debut when 13th over 1800m at Compiegne. Prefer others.
6. GUALANA – Denied a long neck when third over 2200m at Cologne (Ger) on debut. Key claims.
7. GUADALEST – Going well including a last start third over 2200m at this track. Should be right in the finish.
8. SUMMIT – Safely held on debut last when eighth beaten 5.5 lengths over 2400m at this track. Looking to others.
9. MAYZEE CHIC – Made little impression on debut over 2400m Compiegne when seventh beaten 39 lengths. Others look better prospects.
10. GREEN MAXIOS – Better effort last start to finish third over 1800m at Compiegne when lining up for just the second time. Coming along well and is among the chances.
11. KADIRA – Finished third on debut at this track and it’s hard to know how much improvement she can make on that effort. Worth consideration of a place at best.
12. LAVITE – Improved on the debut performance last time out when sixth over 2400m at Wissembourg. May place.
13. UNA ROCA – Returned from a layoff last start and was beaten 3.5 lengths into fourth over 2450m at Mont-De-Marsan. Should improve.
14. SMOOTHY – Finished fifth over 2200m at Lyon-Parilly on June 27. Place claims.

Summary: GUALANA (6) delivered a neck third when debuting in a 2200m contest at Cologne (Germany). Looks capable of breaking her maiden at the second attempt. CHEEK TO CHEEK (4) registered a neck third in a 2400m maiden at this venue. Expected to challenge for glory. KISS QUEEN (3) came home 2.25L fourth in a 2200m maiden at Lyon-Parilly. Warrants close consideration. GREAT IN LOVE (2) is another with claims on the back of a 2.5L fourth in a 2400m newcomers race here on debut.


Race 9 – PRIX DU GOLF – 2400m HCP. Purse EUR €18,000.
1. JACK THE LAD – Midfield last start at Deauville All Weather over 1900m 7 lengths from the winner. Taking on this longer journey for the first time. Place chance.
2. KINGSTON NARCISSUS – Two placings from last four starts. Last start was beaten narrowly when second over 2300m at Senonnes-Pouance. Shapes as one to consider.
3. WUKOLINA – Scored over 2500m at Aix-Les-Bains before a decent fourth over 2400m at this track. Likely to go well.
4. DIAMAND DE VINDECY – Finished 4.5 lengths from the winner in fifth at this venue latest. Likely to find this out of reach.
5. INVINCIBLE SEA – Scored by 5 lengths over 2300m at Corlay latest. Can measure up here.
6. JOY FOR LUX – Finished sixth over 2100m at Saint Cloud on July 3. Frame chance.
7. LOVE SONG – Doesn’t win often but ran well when third here over 2400m. Worth including.
8. LADY BEAUCHAMP – Last start finished 2 lengths from the winner in fourth over 2500m at Aix-Les-Bains. More needed.
9. SANDERLING – Underwhelming last start but if she can find the form that saw her finish third at Salon-De-Provence two back she is right in contention.

Summary: INVINCIBLE SEA (5) powered clear for 5L success in Corlay maiden last time out. This is a lot tougher but could improve further yet. Key player. KINGSTON NARCISSUS (2) has placed twice in just four starts to date. Looks certain to win races and looks to hold a strong chance. WUKOLINA (3) finished fourth in a similar contest here latest. Solid each-way player. LOVE SONG (7) has placed on all three starts this campaign. Consistent and hard to dismiss.


1. WINGS OF FIRE – Moderate last start finishing sixth. Drops back 800m in trip here and could bounce back.
2. HIMEKA – Registered her second placing in a row last time out when third over 2200m at this track. Racing well and can go close.
3. DIAMOND BIRTHDAY – Last appeared when he finished third over 2250m at La Gacilly on July 17. Likely to play a big role.
4. ONLY FOOLS – Ran a better race last start to finish third at Orleans over 2200m. Nicely placed and rates highly off that run. Further improvement expected.
5. ZELLA DES HARDYS – Fair fifth over 2250m at La Gacilly last time. Place.
6. NORWEGIA – Good fourth over 1600m at this track five days ago when beaten 3 lengths. Sure to be thereabouts.
7. ZINNIA – Finished midfield last start at Chantilly over 1600m when 5 lengths from the winner. Steps up in distance today. Could find the frame.
8. NOTRE DAME – Form since resuming has been ordinary. Finished fifth when beaten 7 lengths over 2200m at this track. Best watched on current form.
9. NINJO – Finished seventh when beaten 21 lengths over 2125m at Wissembourg. Others preferred.
10. MISS SPRITZ – Not a factor last start at Marseille Borely when eighth over 2000m. Not on that form.
11. JANE VIOLETTA – Last outing finished a 29 length 13th over 2200m at this track. Opposed.

Summary: Supplemented runner DIAMOND BIRTHDAY (3) is taken to make a winning return to handicap racing following a 4.5L third in a 2250m conditions race at La Gacilly. HIMEKA (2) placed third when 4.25L over 2200m at this circuit looks capable of challenging for the win. Top weight WINGS OF FIRE (1) holds claims in an easier contest than when 25L sixth over 3000m at Dieppe. NORWEGIA (6) recorded a 3L fourth in a 1600m handicap at this track. Claims once more.


Race 11 – PRIX DU CHAROLAIS – 1600m HCP CL3. Purse EUR €18,000.
1. ROMERO – Tailed off 16th over 1500m at Cagnes-Sur-Mer on February 19. Down in grade on return.
2. MAMA IMELDA – Seeks a hat-trick of wins after scoring by 1.5 lengths over 1600m at this track on July 18. Going well and can measure up again.
3. INTERIEUR – Finished fourth over 1700m at Marseille Borely on June 29. Place chance.
4. BENI KHIAR – Continues to race well last start finishing 2.5 lengths from the winner in second over 1700m at Marseille Borely. Worth including.
5. AD MERAJJ – Went down by just 0.75 lengths when third at Longchamp over 1600m last time out. Player.
6. FRENCH PEGASUS – Finished second over 1350m at Lyon-Parilly before a fair fifth over 1600m at this track. Can go well.
7. OCAMONTE – Held tenth over 1800m at La Teste De Buch on June 15. Must bounce back.
8. IDAHO JAMES – Last start winner at Pompadour over 1700m, scoring by 8 lengths. This is tougher.
9. KENZAL – Placed two back then ran below his best last time when 11th beaten 7 lengths at this track over 1600m. Looks tested again.
10. GOUVERNAIL – Resumed from a break when fifth at Aix-Les-Bains over 1800m. Minor claims.
11. KARMOUTCHO – Held in recent runs including last time out when tenth over 1600m at this track two-and-a-half weeks ago. Opposed.
12. SAMAGACE DU VIVIEN – Finished midfield last start at Clairefontaine over 1400m, 7 lengths from the winner. Steps up in distance today. Likely to find this out of reach.
13. BLANC BLEU – Narrowly beaten last time when second at this track. Not dismissed.

Summary: MAMA IMELDA (2) is rapidly progressive. Won last two starts including over track and trip latest. Notable chance. ROMERO (1) resumes after a five-and-half month break down in grade. Key chance if primed for return. AD MERAJJ (5) was beaten 0.75L into third at Longchamp last time. Easy to fancy on that form. BLANC BLEU (13) was denied a long-neck at this track last start. Each-way player in this competitive contest.


Race 12 – PRIX VILLE DE PONT-L’EVEQUE (PRIX DE JERSEY) – 2200m HCP. Purse EUR €23,000.
1. DILAZA – Fair sixth over 1900m at Argentan a month ago. Could improve now handicapping.
2. GERARDUS – Finished second over 1800m at Dieppe on July 18. Chance.
3. ZILCOVER – Resumed last start when beaten 39 lengths over 2400m at this track. Not keen on his chances.
4. INDIGO NIGHT – Drops in trip following a fair third over 2500m at Argentan. In the mix.
5. CONCERTO – Last appeared when he finished fifth over 1950m at Chateaubriant on June 23. Capable of more.
6. YORK TOWN – Ran a better race last start to finish third at Nort-Sur-Erdre over 2500m. Each-way chance.
7. AMI SOLEDAD – Not raced since finishing 5.5 lengths away in sixth over 2900m at Durtal on April 24. Place hope.
8. PRISCA – Safely held when 13th over 1800m at this track. Best watched.
9. TREIZE CHOPE – Struggled at Chateaubriant over 2650m last time out. Opposed.
10. AKHATIYI – Last appeared when she finished seventh over 1850m at Vichy on July 22. Thereabouts on prior form.
11. CENIZA – Won at Wissembourg then finished third last time out over 2400m at Vittel. In the mix.
12. LIONEL DE MARS – Better run last time out when second over 2500m at Aix-Les-Bains. Don’t underestimate.

Summary: CONCERTO (5) is taken to put a below par fifth over 1950m at Chateaubriant behind him to score here having won an 1800m contest at Compiegne prior. CENIZA (11) gets a chance to shine on the back of a 3L third in a 2400m contest at Vittel. GERARDUS (2) rates a threat on handicap debut following a 1.25L second in an 1800m claimer at Dieppe. AKHATIYI (10) showed good form prior to a 2.25L seventh in an 1850m event at Vichy. Claims in this event.
