The Hong Kong Jockey Club announced today, Monday, August 17, 2020 that the commencement of the 2020/21 racing season will be put back by one day.
Initially slated to take place on Saturday, September 5, the new racing season will kick off on Sunday, September 6.
Two other meetings have also been put back by one day: Saturday, September 12 to Sunday, September 13 and Wednesday, April 7, 2021 to Thursday, April 8, 2021.
