ON LINE is a four-time winner with three placings from 10 starts to date and he was far from disgraced last start when competing the Group 2 Stewards’ Cup (1600m) in March. Drawn awkwardly on that occasion, the O’Reilly gelding endured a wide trip off the speed yet ran on impressively in the straight to check into fourth, beaten 1.8 lengths to stable mate SIAM BLUE VANDA.
ON LINE resumes off two good barrier trials; his latest a half-length behind talented five-year-old CHURCHILL, who franked the trial form with a facile victory in this class last weekend, so ON LINE’S form lines are holding him in good stead for his return.
