Race 2 – 9 DESTINE JEWELLERY

Put then pen through his last start 12th placing as, after jumping from barrier 14 over 1400m at Sha Tin, he raced wide throughout, with his run coming to an end inside the 250m. Still, he wasn’t beaten out of sight, holding ground to be beaten 4 ½ lengths.

This is a weak Class 4 and based on his third at this track and distance two starts ago, he looks a chance to be in the money this week.

Race 7 – 2 PERFECT GLORY

Overlook recent runs as he has been unsuited in the races he has contested, most recently trying 1400m at Sha Tin where he raced wide from the 900m and, understandably, dropped out.

He returns to a preferred track and distance where his better form is, draws gate 1 and wears blinkers for the first time, which could see him return in the money in a moderate Class 3 race.

Race 1 – 2 GALAXY RACER

Showed good improvement when having his first start for trainer Caspar Fownes 38 days ago, finishing off the third fastest in his race to check home second over 1400m at Sha Tin while wearing blinkers for the first time. A win looks near.

Race 8 – 6 NABOO STAR

Strikes another race with ample speed forecasted which will suit his big turn of foot, as highlighted when he closed off the fastest in his last-start win over 1650m at this track 35 days ago. Hard to hold out.
