Had little luck at this track and distance 21 days ago after jumping from barrier 12 and sitting three-wide without cover until passing the 800m mark. From there, he was allowed to roll forward to take the lead, until his run came to an end inside the 200m, fading to sixth and beaten five lengths.
Sectionally, it was a fast run race, with a high increase of speed from the 800m to the 400m. Capable of returning in the money with better luck in running.
Race 4 Number 5 FULL POWER
Was positioned eighth at the turn and standing the lead speed 4 ½ lengths while travelling about eight lengths slower than average to that point over 1650m at this track 21 days ago. Sprinted sharply to check home third, beaten 1 ¾ lengths, so there was plenty to like about the run.
Jumps from barrier 1 and steps back up to what appears to be a more suitable 1800m. Improving type nearing a win.

Races third-up at 1650m after two fast finishing efforts over 1200m. Checked home fourth, beaten three lengths to impressive debut winner CALIFORNIADEEPSHOT last start while the mid and late race splits point in the direction that the step up in trip is ideal.
