Race 3 Number 2 Lockheed
Has had excuses at his last two starts but never beaten far. Two starts ago he pulled up with blood in the trachea for a 2 3/4 length fourth place, before going on to race wide without cover for another 2 3/4 length fourth.
This is a weak Class 3 where he is more than capable of breaking his Hong Kong maiden status and it’s no surprise to see Moreira back in the saddle.
Race 9 Number 1 Follow Me
Won nicely two starts ago after a series of wide barriers and unlucky runs. Then went on to draw wide once again and was ridden for luck out the back, still storming home for a good fourth.
Draws barrier 1 this week, can sit handier, and prove hard to hold out in a modest Class 3 1400m.

Race 2 Number 8 Victorious Seeker
His sixth fastest last 400m at his last start at this track and distance has more merit to it than it reads after he got well back in a slow run race, as well as being badly held up in the straight. Returned solid mid-race exertion and can surprise here.
Race 4 Number 3 Leap Of Faith
Lost ground at the start last time so settled rearward and had to do most of his work in the middle section. Let down the second fastest in the race to check home for a nice second and the mile looks conducive to his winning chances third-up.
