VIDEO REPLAY STARS

Race 6  Number 6 DUTROW

Despite being poorly weighted last time out, he finished a solid fourth beaten 1.5 lengths behind Group 1 Lion City Cup winner ARAMCO when giving a bold sight before running out of condition in the concluding stages.

He is ideally placed at the weights dropping to Class 2 this week and can prove a value selection against some more fancied rivals.

Race 10  Number 7 YAYA PAPAYA

Was taken back from a wide barrier last start and travelled three-wide throughout off the speed. Once entering the straight, he ran on sharply down the outside to finish sixth over 1400m.

Stepping up to 1600m, where two of his three career wins have occurred, appears ideal for him and he can make his presence felt late.

SECTIONAL TIME STARS

Race 2  Number 1 KUDA BAGUS

Was caught wide throughout first-up 21 days ago, yet still let down impressively in the straight to check into third over this distance, reeling off the fastest final 400m (24.04 sec) of the race. He will only have come on from that run and looks ready to breakthrough.

Race 5  Number 6 DIAMOND KING

Is off the back of a solid first-up run where he rattled home strongly to finish third at this track and distance while recording the second best final spilt in 23.60 seconds. With natural improvement, he has to be rated a big winning chance second-up.
