Race 2 Number 2 Ka Ying Legend

Overlook last start when he raced no better than three to four wide throughout in a reasonable paced race before weakening to finish last, beaten 8 ¼ lengths.

His form prior reads well, including a close up fifth to talented types in WAIKUKU, REGENCY LEGEND and MUSIC ADDITION, so with better luck he can be in the money.

Race 9 Number 10 Invincible Missile

Was badly held up at the top of the straight until passing the 200m last start but once clear, he ate up the turf to finish nicely into third.

This occurred, however, during the slowest part of the race, when every other horse was severely slowing down due to a fast early speed, so this flattered the bad luck to an extent. He should have won, yes, but this week’s race will present a different pace scenario, but don’t be surprised to see him race handier on Sunday.

Sectional Time Stars

Race 9 Number 11 Super Star

Defied a super slow early speed of -6.5 lengths below average to the 400m to reel off a fast last 400m of 22.32s to win narrowly but convincingly.

Race 3 Number 11 Yichun Blitz

Has been finishing off his races well at his last two starts and last start he got home the second best despite being held up in the straight, suggesting a win is near.
