Kranji Track Spy – March 15

VIDEO REPLAY STARS

Race 6  Number 3 ZA’EEM

Had no luck last start when travelling off the speed wide throughout after jumping from an outer alley.

To his credit, he still let down well in the straight to finish fifth beaten 2.5 lengths over a mile. So with the rise in distance and better luck in running, he looks ready to run a big race at his second attempt in Class 4 this week.

Race 1  Number 12 MILITARY ALLIANCE

Settled at the rear after being slowly away last start before making a bold move to travel wide and circuit the field from the 800m.

Due to the mid-race exertion, he flattened inside the final 200m to finish fifth beaten 3.5 lengths at this track and distance. He is a proven winner in this class and with only 50.5kgs on his back, he is capable of causing an upset.

SECTIONAL TIME STARS

Race 3  Number 9 LUCKY MASTER

Despite enduring a wide trip at this track and distance last start, he ran on well in the straight to finish fifth in a slowly run race, reeling off the second fastest final 400m in 23.53 seconds.

Race 5  Number 2 SATELLITE WINNER

Caught the eye with a fast finishing effort to check into fifth behind WOLF WARRIOR, who subsequently defied the rise in class and scored again in a Kranji Stakes C race, at this track and distance. Therefore, he can make his presence felt late and can prove a value choice.
