VIDEO REPLAY STARS
Race 2 Number 1 KING ZOUSTAR
Had no luck last start when he travelled just off the speed before being badly hampered by a riderless horse near the 750m, which saw him being carried out eight-deep at the turn.
To his credit, he still let down well in the straight to finish fifth, so with even luck in running, he can prove a big winning chance after dropping in class.
Race 6 Number 3 SPUR ME ON
Put the writing on the wall seven days ago when he was caught wide throughout yet still ran on strongly in the straight to finish second over 1200m.
He is a five-time winner in this class and the rise in distance appears ideal for him this week, which can prove him hard to hold out.
SECTIONAL TIME STARS
Race 7 Number 10 OUR PINNACLE
Drawn wide last start which saw him settle at the rear before producing the fastest final 400m (22.70 sec) to finish fourth at this track and distance. With a much better barrier this week, he looks ready to run a big race second-up.
Race 4 Number 7 DICTON
Flashed home late to check into third place first-up over 1400m 21 days ago, reeling off the quickest final 400m (22.51 sec). The Group 3 El Dorado Classic place getter will relish the extra distance this week and can prove a value choice despite meeting a strong field.
